Sunnyside Community Church is a congregation brought together by God to glorify Him by obeying Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to praising and giving thanks to God in a way that is God-focused and Christ-centered, faithfully preaching the Bible, praying, building one another up in the faith, serving others, and sharing the hope-filled message of Jesus Christ with our

neighbors near and far. SCC is about conformity to Christ for the everlasting good of all people to the glory of God. Conformity to Christ is God’s will for us. God saved lost sinners in order to re-create them after the likeness of His Son. It is through our conformity to Christ – specifically our Christ-like love – that we make Him known to the world. All of this is ultimately aimed at bringing honor to God. Our desire is that He be praised by those from every tribe and tongue and nation and people on the planet.
