Why does God allow suffering?

It’s one of the hardest questions we face, and one of the most misunderstood.

I want to remind you today, there is glory on the other side of your grief. The suffering you are enduring is not meant to destroy you, it’s meant to develop you. Advancement in the Kingdom doesn’t come through popularity. It comes through pain, because that’s where you learn to trust God, to lean on Him, and grow deep roots.

Such a great time ministering the Word of the Lord at RWC last night. God really opened our eyes to what it means to be an altar builder and challenged us not to tap out on the next generation.

“Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah, ‘Hear the word of the Lord: The time will surely come when everything in your palace… will be carried off to Babylon… Nothing will be left,’ says the Lord. ‘And some of your descendants… will be taken away.’ ‘The word of the Lord you have spoken is good,’ Hezekiah replied. For he thought, ‘Will there not be peace and security in my lifetime?’” — 2 Kings 20:16–19

We refuse to settle for peace in our lifetime at the cost of the next. We are building altars, standing in the gap, and believing God for a legacy that reaches beyond us. 🔥

Love these photos ! Preaching isn’t just something I do it’s what I love. There’s nothing like standing in the gap, carrying the Word, and watching God move in hearts right in front of you.
I can still remember being 13 and Preaching for the first time, it was a feeling that I will never forget and I knew this was what God had called me to do.
This isn’t a stage to me… it’s an assignment, to make heaven crowded! It’s a calling, and a passion I’ll never take lightly. 🔥📖

We learned that not every attack deserves your response. Sometimes, God calls you to walk away and keep moving toward your purpose. Grateful for what God is doing. 🙌

I had an incredible time ministering at Gethsemane Church. God shared a powerful word through the life of Naaman, reminding us that healing begins when we surrender the hidden places of our hearts to Him. “But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light… the blood of Jesus purifies us from all sin” (1 John 1:7). Grateful for what God is doing. 🙏✨

Returning to Childlike Faith — with Sara Matthews.

This Saturday, let’s remember the faith we had before life got complicated.”

This weekend’s thought:
Sometimes we underestimate the faith we had as children. Jesus said, “Unless you become like little children…” (Matthew 18:3)

In children’s church, we believed boldly. We trusted God without overthinking and prayed big prayers. We learned from David’s courage, Daniel’s faithfulness, Samuel’s listening heart, Joseph’s perseverance, and Esther’s obedience.

Those weren’t just kids’ stories; they were discipleship lessons.

As adults, the battles are bigger, and the doubts are louder, but we don’t outgrow dependence on God—we grow deeper into it.
Lord, help us come back to You with childlike faith and obedient hearts. 🙏
