You know, I know a lot of people who deal with anxiety and feeling like they're not good enough. Satan is always whispering in their ears to give up. Sink because you can't swim! But I was listening to a wise pastor today who said when Peter stepped out on the water and started sinking he cried out to God. And as he cried out he kept walking towards Jesus. Jesus didn't walk toward him. How many of us are walking towards Jesus? He walked close enough that Jesus was able to stretch out his hand and pull him up. How many times have we been in a situation where we have cried out for help but we never took that step toward Jesus? Are we humbling ourselves under the mighty hand of God? That's what the word says, to humble ourselves under the hand of God and THEN cast our nets to the other side. If you are crying out waiting on a miracle, Jesus will meet you where you are, but sometimes you have to take a few steps of faith first! Humble yourself and walk toward HIS mighty hand. I love you all and pray that we all can take those first needed steps.

Hands of faith ministry still needs your donations. Hats, gloves, socks, blankets anything you have to keep the homeless warm. Most of the people we are helping live in tents and do not have means of heat for the winter time. We plan on feeding them October 29th and if you are interested in helping us please message me.

Good morning! Hands of faith ministry is planning on feeding the Dalton area in a few weeks. It is starting to get cooler and if anyone would like to donate some warmer clothing it would be greatly appreciated. Some things we will be needing are jackets, hoodies, winter coats, gloves, socks and hats. If you have any of these things let me know and I will come pick them up within a reasonable distance. Advice for 2023... grab on to God first and foremost! Second, find a good Bible based church! Find a place where you can use your gifts and callings. Each person has a calling on their life. If your gifts and callings are not being used then ask yourself 2 questions. First ask yourself, "am I using my full potential"? Then ask yourself "is my place of worship allowing me to use my gifts and callings to my full potential"? If you're not using your full potential, get up and get busy! If your place of worship isn't allowing you to use your full potential, find out why. Sometimes we get comfortable in a place and God wants us to be doing so much more than what we are doing. Sometimes it takes us getting up and getting busy and sometimes it takes us changing our place of worship. Don't get this confused, I'm not saying people should start looking for different churches, but I am saying if you know that you know that you know that God has a calling for you and you can't do that in the church you're in then maybe it's time to start looking for a place where you can. Be obedient to your Father's voice! You will be greatly blessed for it! Love to you all!

James 5:14-15..... is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up!
