Some homecomings are more literal than others.

Meet Pastor Don Landen. He's an elder in the United Methodist Church in the North Georgia Conference, and coming to Dalton First means coming back to what he calls his original home, Northwest Georgia. He's glad to be back. He's here with his wife, Heather, and their son, Wesley, who just started his first year of college. This is a big season for the Landen family!

If you see Pastor Don on Sunday, say hi and tell him welcome home.

Meet Mat Napp!

Mat wears three hats around here: Modern Worship Director, Communications Director, and Production Overseer. Before any of that, he's a published songwriter and audio producer who has spent over a decade chasing the intersection of creativity and faith. He's currently studying at Indiana Wesleyan University, which keeps him curious and constantly rethinking what meaningful ministry looks like in a changing world. He and his wife Christen are proud to call Dalton home, and North Georgia has already felt like where they're supposed to be.
When he's not writing, recording, or buried in some creative project, you'll probably catch him quoting Star Wars or yelling War Eagle at a television. Sometimes both.

Grateful for you, Mat.
