Yesterday my fitness class had to do an exercise called “SURRENDERS” this exercise you had to alternate both knees coming in to a kneeling🧎‍♀️on the floor making sure your butt is on the floor and come up into a three-fourth’s squat position and repeat until timer is up! Yes the exercise was a challenge, it hurt, legs were on fire, some even crawled on the floor.

Spiritually speaking 🗣️ we don’t like to “SURRENDER”

“SURRENDER” can be challenging especially if your’re the one who always has to be in control.

Some of yall have a defeated mindset and this is before you even counter the situation whatever it is. Example, if your Doctor is telling you to exercise and eat healthier you already say what you can’t do instead of trying it out first! Stop talking down on yourself. Yes you can do it, Yes you love yourself and those around you, yes you can be healthy. So many are weak mentally! Ladies and gentlemen you are so worth it! If no one told you I’m telling you!
