We had such a wonderful time today with Mrs. Sam!

The children loved learning about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ through a special lesson, a themed snack, and some creative coloring. We wrapped up our time together with a fun indoor egg hunt!

Thank you, Mrs. Sam, for the wonderful lesson and for making this day so special for the kids! šŸ¤ It was a beautiful day of faith and fellowship.

Today, a few of our Crossroad kids performed three Christmas songs. Each child had an amazing timeā€”singing their little hearts out and joyfully playing the drums and jingle bells.

The smiles on their faces said it all, and they enjoyed it so much that theyā€™ve already asked if we can plan another special singing performance. šŸ¤

We have been learning about the ā€œFruits of the Spiritā€ for the last few weeks.

Last week we did a craft to show all of the Fruits of the spirit and what those words look like.

Today we talked about the fruit ā€œLoveā€ and a story Jesus told a lawyer about ā€œLoving your neighborā€

Luke 10:25-37 ā€œThe Good Samaritanā€!

Mason volunteered to read a little for us today as we learned what Jesus taught us about love and how important it is in Gods eyes for us to love one another and that your neighbor is the one to help you in your lowest time of need.

We cannot wait to see how the Bible tells us to use our other fruits!

We had an awesome time in childrenā€™s church today. With Mrs. Eliza, we have been learning about praise and worship and all the ways we can give praise and worship!

Today we learned that the fruits of the spirit are acts of praise and worship because we are doing the good that God wants us to do!

We had a fruit of the spirit color sheet and then all the kids wanted to have praise and worship! So we turned on the music and got the streamers out. Some of our little shy babies are really coming out of their shells. We love being able to share the love of God with these children and how to be like Jesus! šŸ¤

We are excited to share our Amazon link. You are not required to use this, but we did have a few people to reach out about what to get the kids. So I am asking the kids for some ideas of what they would want.

We also have a prize box, and I am encouraging your kids to bring a Bible with them even if it is a childrenā€™s Bible, just so they get used to carrying the word around with them šŸ«¶šŸ¼

We had THE best time painting our guitars! We also touched on ā€œThe battle of Jerichoā€. We LOVE these mini lessons about praise and worship. Check out some of the kids work they done!

Marcus also helped teach all the other children a song that I forgot about! We will get a video next time of everyone singing šŸ¤

We have a special surprise coming up that we cannot wait to share!!
