For the past month, we have been learning the story of Moses.
Last week, Ms. Tiffany talked about the burning bush, and we did a craft afterward where we made a burning bush and circled the Bible verse Deuteronomy 31:6: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Today, we talked about how the Israelites were set free by Pharaoh—until he changed his mind and sent his soldiers to capture them. But "God makes a way for all his people!" (Exodus 14–15). We each made our own parted Red Sea.
We have had a great month learning about Moses and making some wonderful crafts. We cannot wait to see what else is in store!
