with gratitude and love for Pastor Karl for his leadership and pastoral support
over the last 2 years in his role as our interim

Pastor. We have been fortunate to
experience his strong faith, spirit, teaching, preaching and compassion during
this time of pandemic and its many challenges. We look forward to working
hand-in-hand with Pastor Karl as we continue to share the good news of God’s

Continuing our new series where at the beginning of each week, we share a new prayer as we recognize the long-term impacts of natural and human-caused disasters. We invite you to share your specific prayer concerns in the comments, if you feel called, so we may pray together as a community. This week, we lift up communities rebuilding after tornadoes.
Let us pray,
Faithful God, be with the communities who have survived tornadoes as they begin the long work of rebuilding. Give them patience for what takes time and companions for what cannot be done alone. May your Spirit sustain their hope through the seasons ahead. Amen.
