Just not right.

A malunion fracture is when the bone knits back together — at the wrong angle. The wound is closed. But the limp remains.

I preached fire on Sundays and fell apart in the car on the way home. For years.

The doing had become the hiding place.

But on the other side — looking at who we are, what we carry, what we now recognize in others going through — I can say it now.

My wife said: you see something there. We're not doing anything.

24 hours later — different doctor, different ultrasound.

Normal pregnancy.

Faith is not the absence of a bad report. It's knowing whose report you're going to believe.

These are the four attributes of what I call a Pastor Pharaoh — a leader whose entire focus is building their own kingdom, with you as a tool to get there.

Naming it is not bitterness. It is diagnosis.
