Friday: Jesus Is the Greatest Giver
Scripture:

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world that He gave…”

Devotional Thought:

Jesus did not just talk about giving—He demonstrated it.

He gave His time to the hurting.
He gave compassion to the rejected.
He gave His life on the cross.
And He still gives grace every day.

When we give to others, we reflect the heart of Christ.

Reflection Question:

How can my life reflect the generosity of Jesus?

Prayer:

Jesus, thank You for giving everything for me. Help me live a life that blesses others the way You have blessed me.

Thursday: The Blessing Is in the Giving
Scripture:

Acts 20:35

“It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Devotional Thought:

The world says blessing comes from getting more. Jesus says blessing comes from giving more.

Giving changes us. It softens our hearts, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that everything we have comes from God anyway.

A generous life becomes a joyful life.

Reflection Question:

What area of my life can become more generous?

Prayer:

Father, teach me the joy of generosity and help me trust You as I give.

At Victory Baptist Church, we believe ministry is not just inside the church walls—it is serving and caring for our community. We are coming together to raise funds to help repair the home of a senior citizen who needs our support.

Wednesday: Somebody Needs What You Carry
Scripture:

Acts 4:34–35

“There were no needy persons among them…”

Devotional Thought:

The early church became powerful because people met one another’s needs. Someone around you may need encouragement, wisdom, prayer, support, or provision.

You may be the answer to someone’s prayer.

Giving is not always money. Sometimes giving is:

Your time
Your listening ear
Your kindness
Your forgiveness
Your presence
Reflection Question:

Who around me needs support right now?

Prayer:

Lord, open my eyes to the needs around me and make me willing to help.
