We believe the Gospel is just as simple as Jesus said it was:

Most assuredly I say to you, whoever believes in Me has everlasting life. John 6:47

Note three implications in all of John's many evangelistic verses:
1) Believe Him, that all you have to do is believe Him for eternal life
2) Believe Him, that what you get when you believe Him is eternal!
3) Believe Him, that when you believe Him yo

u have eternal life. When you believe Jesus for this amazing gift, you'll know you have eternal life-everlasting life that will never stop or be taken away! Believing such a promise should make you want to know Him better, give your life to Him, follow and obey Him...but those things have nothing to do with receiving His gift. Jesus makes it clear: Eternal life is simply a matter of believing His promise!

Hey Folks, If any of you want to see what old people look like and are free tomorrow night, I've blackmailed James, Milo, Jerry and Paul to come to my 50th High School Reunion and play for a while. I'm honored that players as gifted as they are would travel to my hometome. It's in a really cool new venue in Grand Praire. It's the Firehouse Gastro Park, 321 W Main St. Grand Prairie, TX 75050. I love it that the owner, Jason and his wife, Carlee are making Grand Prairie an even greater place than it is. It should be perfect weather for their outdoor music venue. Even if you didn't go to the most wonderful high school, with the most ferocious of all mascots, THE DREADED GOPHER, we'd still love to see you. We'll play from about 6:30-9:00, this Thursday.
