Faith Fitness Ministry is a Catholic ministry for young adults in their 20s and 30s, dedicated to the evangelization of Jesus’s message and teachings. Through our monthly brewery and fitness events in DFW, we aspire to equip young adults with faith-based knowledge, empowering them to embrace and embody their beliefs with unwavering conviction.

🐑 I am the Good Shepherd
(John 10:11)

This Fourth Sunday of Easter, the Church invites us to look at Jesus, the Good Shepherd who gives His life for His sheep. Not a boss, not a distant leader: a Shepherd who knows us, loves us, and gives Himself for us.

Today we want to make a special call to parents – fathers, mothers, and anyone who has people under their care:
👉 Be shepherds in your homes.
Not perfect shepherds, but faithful ones. Through your example of faith, your time, your listening, and your tenderness, lead your children to meet Jesus.

The world needs homes where love is not authoritarianism but service; where authority is guidance, not a burden.

🙏 Let us ask the Lord:
Help us to be good shepherds to those we love. May we give our lives in small ways: with a word of encouragement, a loving correction, and a faith lived out every day.

✨ We recognize Jesus in the breaking of the bread.

On this Third Sunday of Easter, we walk with the disciples on the road to Emmaus. They walk with Him, but do not recognize Him… until Jesus takes the bread, blesses it, and breaks it. 💔➡️🔥

Then their eyes are opened. They recognize Him in the breaking of the bread—a living echo of the Last Supper.

Every time we gather for the Holy Eucharist, we too can encounter Him. It is not a mere ritual: it is an encounter with the Risen One who gives Himself for us. 🕊️🍞

Let us receive His Body and Blood with faith. For whoever eats this bread will live forever.

Join us for a night of two stepping, line, and Tejano dancing as we collaborate with NTX 2Steppin Catholics and Holy Trinity 17|17 Young Adults to bring the lessons and jams to all y’all!

🕺Lessons: 3 different lessons to start the night - Newcomer/Beginner, Intermediate/Advanced, Tejano

🕊️ Divine Mercy Sunday: God’s Forgiveness for All Our Sins 🙏

On the second Sunday of Easter, we remember when the risen Jesus appeared to His apostles and gave them peace – along with the power of the Holy Spirit to forgive sins. ✨

God’s mercy has no limits. No sin is too great for Him to forgive, if we come to Him with a contrite and repentant heart. 💙

Trust in His love. He desires nothing more than to give you eternal life in His kingdom. 🌿

Today, seek His mercy. Go to confession. Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. And rest in the peace that only He can give.

Jesus, I trust in You!

This Resurrection Sunday we celebrate the heart of our faith: the empty tomb—the fundamental proof that the Lord lives. He conquered death and is the source of our salvation.

✨ Holy Saturday

This morning was a mix of rain, faith, and deep emotions. 🌧️🙏
We came together for the Faith Fitness Walk inside the gymnasium of Holy Trinity Catholic Church – a partnership between Faith Fitness Ministry, Regnum Christi, and 17/17 Young Adults.

We opened with a powerful prayer led by Father Thomas White, then walked the gym praying the rosary 💜

We were blessed by a special presence of receiving Jesus, the consecrated bread the Holy Eucharist in preparation for the Easter Vigil.

It’s truly moving to see young adults (20s & 30s) gathering during these sacred days, sharing our faith and waiting together for the Lord’s Resurrection.

Happy Easter! 🕊️✝️

Thank you to everyone who made this movement of faith and community possible. God is truly present in our ministry and our lives.

Hosanna in the highest! 🌿✝️

Today we celebrate Palm Sunday—the day Jesus entered Jerusalem as the humble Messiah, welcomed by crowds waving palm branches. This joyous procession marks the beginning of Holy Week.

As we bring our palms to be blessed and join in the procession, we honor Jesus as our Lord and King. Yet Palm Sunday also invites us to reflect on a paradox: the same voices that cried “Hosanna” would soon cry “Crucify him.”

In that tension, we see our own human frailty—how quickly we waver, how deeply we need grace. May this Holy Week prepare our hearts to recognize Jesus truly as our Lord and Savior, the One who redeems us all. 🙏

This fifth Sunday of Lent, we encounter the greatest of signs: the raising of Lazarus. 🙌

Jesus shows us His power over death, but He also teaches us something profound about waiting. Like Martha and Mary, we sometimes ask: “Lord, where were You when I needed You most?”

Yet God is never late. He waits to reveal something greater: His glory. Faith does not spare us from suffering, but it sustains us through it. It assures us that whoever believes in Him, even though they die, will live.

As we prepare to celebrate Easter, let us ask for the grace to remove the stones that bind us and to believe that even in our deserts, God is bringing forth new life. 🌿
