STRUGGLE COME BEFORE SUCCESS.

Trials in life can be tragedies or triumphs to any body depending on how we handle them. There's no triumphs that doesn't come without effort.

A biology teacher was teaching his students how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. He told the students that in the next couple of hours, the butterfly would struggle to come out of the cocoon and that no one should help the butterfly then he left. The students were waiting and it happened that the butterfly started struggled to get out of the cocoon, and one of the students took pity on it and decided to help the butterfly out of the cocoon against the advice of his teacher.

He broke the cocoon to help the butterfly so it didn't have to struggle anymore but shortly afterwards the butterfly died. When the teacher returned, he was told what happened. He explained to this student that by helping the butterfly, he had actually killed it because it is a law of nature that the struggle to come out of the cocoon actually helps develop and strengthen its wings.

The boy had deprived the butterfly of its struggle and the butterfly died. You can apply this same principle to your lives as well that nothing worth while in this life comes without a struggle.
As parents we tend to hurt the ones we love most because we don't allow them to struggle to gain strength People who have overcome obstacles are more secure than those who have never faced any challenge. We all have problems and we feel discouraged some time. Most people get disappointed; but winners don't get disheartened. The answer is perseverance. An English proverb says, a smooth sea never made a skillful mariner who wants to get better.

Everything is difficult before it becomes easy. We cannot run away from our problems because it's hard, only losers quit and give up because they don’t want to try again. Su***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem when a person killed his future because of his past and failure is the highway to success if you refuse to give up.

YOUR CHOICE REFLECT ON YOU EVERYDAY.

I often hear people expressing the hope that things will change and get better but I want to tell you that the difference between where we are and where we want to be is created by the changes we are willing to make in our lives and do things better than what we use to do in the past.
When you want something you have never had, you must do something you’ve never done to get it otherwise you'll keep getting the same result. Personally, I have no problem giving up what is needed just for the opportunity to make my dreams a reality.

I also understand it’s not a guarantee that your change will happen by itself but your resilience will make it easier than you ever imagined because nothing in life is aguarantee if you don't stand up for yourself.

Nothing creates a greater gap between successful and unsuccessful people than the choices we make. Too often, people make life more difficult for themselves because they make bad choices at intersections of their life or they decline to make choices because of fear but it’s important to remember that while we don’t always get what we want, we always get what we choose.

The older we are, the more responsible we are for our situation. If you are merely average or if you are no closer to your dream this year than you were last year, you can choose to accept it, defend it, cover it up, and explain it always or you can choose to change it, grow from it, and forge a new path.

You can’t improve your life and avoid change at the same time. It’s difficult to focus on your past and change in the present. Yesterday ended last night. To grow you must be willing to let your present and future be totally unlike your past.

Your history is not your destiny. If you want to grow and change, you must take risks because innovation and progress are often initiated by people who push for change.

TRAIN OTHERS TO DO WELL LIKE YOU.

Tomorrow's leaders are already around you when we give people a chance every chance you get push them and keep testing everybody. People around you can aways do more than you are allowing them to do if you can make them feel comfortable with whatever they are gifted with.

A true leaders rejoice when their trainers become more effective than they are, they feel more comfortable because they are replicating themselves in other people and make things easier. That is the heart of authentic leadership of Jesus Christ be it secular or others, you should be happy when your staff member are doing things that you are doing even when they are doing it more better than you could do.

When you are a true leader who knows who you are, why you were born, and what you came here on earth to do, you would know that no one can replace you. Others people success is a proof of your success in leading them. So as a CEO of company, general overseers of a Church, president of nation, governors of a state help those people that are willing to belief in you keep on encouraging them to put on their best and give them the chance to do the best they can and then you mentors them to discover their clears vision thank you sir... we are all watching to see what this administration has in mind for our country.

We can only have a great country as long as we have a great citizen, bad citizen bad people and a bad government if we don't want to change ourselves.

PICK YOURSELF UP

Mark 2:11-12 “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”

I want you to know you cannot go into the future you have been draming for all this years and still holding on to your past with two hands tied to it-it can be a tradition or cultural belief and experience that didn't work right in the past but if you are really ready to move forward you must let go of your past.

If you want to go into your future and when you see what is ahead of you know that is bigger than all you have learned and see in life. Keep going on to get it in the name of Jesus Christ.

Whatever course you have decide upon in life, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. Just know how to map out a course of action and follow it to the end which require your courage everyday.

I pray for you today what God would do in your life this year will cause all your family's, friends and even your enemies confusion and they will begin to say we have never saw anything like this!; in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.

PUT ALL YOUR TRUST IN GOD.

Jeremiah 17:5-7 Thus says the Lord: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the Lord. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, And shall not see when good comes, But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, In a salt land which is not inhabited. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord.

Brother and sister you are not born again to remind the same again. You are born again to stand out again and you are born again to rise up again.

I can't never serve someone who is lesser than me, that is why i serve a living God who is mighty than me in spirit power and in wisdom.

Friend's Quite complaining about your enemies they don't control your destiny God is in charge of your destiny stay strong in life and stop telling people you dont have connection you have God as long as you remain calm in God word and remove your eyes off from the men of this world.

I pray that the connection that no one can give to you God will give it to you and the job no one else can ever imagine to give to you God almighty will surely give it to you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.

WE NEED TO IMPACT OTHER'S WITH HOPE.

As i walk around in the streets of our cities, my heart frequently bleed and i weep internally as i encounter and observe the wasted, broken hearted, disoriented lives of thousands of people who year's before were talented, intelligent, aspiring high-school students and classmates of some senator and president of great nation of the united state of America speaking best english in the world and born as a citizen of a great nation in the world asking me for twenty five cents and still sleeping under the bridge with all the potential and ideas that God created them with because of bad choice of freedom they made during their youthful age they had dreams, desires, plans, and aspirations.

Today they are lost in amaze of substance abuse, alcoholism, purposeless and poorly chosen friends. Their own lives are aimless, their decisions haphazard.

This enormous tragedy saddens me prison are full with young men and women all over the world who refuse to obey the law of the nation, young children dropping out of school because of drugs and alcohol, and lack of parental up-bringing. Nineteen children and two adults killed in Uvalde Texas elementary school by eighteen just in a couple of minutes and ten killed in Buffalo new York city human being are being killed everyday like chicken. Ukraine are leaving their country because of war with Russia.

What shouldn't have happens has become what have been happens. The wealth of knowledge and dreams has been dashed out into the poverty line of discouragement and self rejection.

In all this tragedy in our world i pray that the almighty God should rapture the heart of this generation back to his original kingdom plans in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

DON'T LET ANY VOICE STOP YOU

Don’t stop at where you are now as if that was the destination, while in reality it may be the transportation that brings you into that place you are now. Our current circumstances should never limit us from reaching our true potential.

We must turn our struggles into the vehicles that spark our transformation. Everything you’ve gone through is a preparation for what’s about to happen in your life. The Lord has already given you a word, MOVE!" When we "move," we bring about the growth we desire. Tragedy hasn’t stopped you, heartbreak didn’t defeat you, failure does not define you; use this hard-earned wisdom to grasp your purpose and shape your future.

We need to be who we were called to be instead of confirming ourselves into what other people want us to be. The shorted way to lose yourself is to focus on other people's voice instead of your own. I calls on you to walk into your destiny and embrace your true purpose in life stop conforming to the world.

I believe that there are so many stars in the sky as we human being and everyone has a billion chances to be in the spot light from heaven, so there is absolute freedom to everyone of us to express any skill, talent, vision and dreams it is up to you to get up and discover who you are.

The stage of destiny has beautiful space for new stars to shine, I beg of you to constantly dare and challenge yourself to conquer the fears within, because the battle is always won from within before you can win in the world.

I pray for you to be real you.. I come against the spirit of fear and doubt be heal in the spirit of your mind and body in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

CALLED TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE & STANDOUT.

The Bible is full of stories of people who were called out of ordinary circumstances and challenged by God to do the impossible for a example when childless Abraham and Sarah were in their old age, far beyond the normal years for childbearing, God told them, "You will have a son, and he will grow into a great nation and it came to past..

The Lord appeared to Gideon, the youngest of his family, which was of the least of the tribes of Israel, and he addressed him as mighty warrior (Judg. 6:12) and used him to deliver his people from the marauding midianites.

In the eyes of his family, David may have been only a runt, useful for nothing but herding sheep nevertheless, God said, "You are a king and sent Samuel to anoint him as such.

Seeing Joseph while he was a slave in Egypt, God said, you are a ruler and elevated him to the position of prime minister under Pharaoh when God speaks to us, he always speaks to the real person he creates not the person others see or even how we see ourselves.

He looks beyond our external circumstances and personal characteristics as he addresses the leader inside us. No matter who we are, where we are, or what we do, God wants to deploy us into leadership to champion a great cause for his kingdom. Wherever we work, whatever our career, we should think of our employment not as just a job but as an opportunity God has given us to release our leadership abilities.

We should not complain about our wages or salary because we are already worth more than anyone could ever pay us. Work is not about simply making money in order to live. Work is also about being trained to assume our rightful place of leadership in the world.

As believers, we are all children of the King. The first step in successfully navigating between two kingdoms on earth is learning how to think and act like the King's children what you know that our earthly kings children cannot do you shouldn't do it.

In spiritual reality we are all princes and princesses, but practically speaking most of us are not there yet because negative thinking has stunted our mental processes because we never learned to think like royalty, we still act like the prodigal son, seeking only the servant's share.
God wants us to open our eyes to see the wonders of who we truly are as his children and reach out to claim all that is ours by right of sonship. It all comes down to a decision that each of us alone must make whether we will live as sons and daughters in the Kingdom of God, or as subjects in the kingdom of the world.

IF YOU HEAR GOD BELIEVE WHAT HE SAY

Why aren’t many believers hearing from God ? Many are not walking in obedience and do not have the fullness of the holy ghost ?. I earnestly believe that everyone is predestined to accomplish certain things for the Lord.

Somewhere in the recesses of your mind there should be an inner knowing that directs you toward an expected end. For me, it is this awareness that enables me to push myself up out of the bed and keep fighting for survival of my own dreams I believe I will make it one day.

You must be the kind of tenacious person who can speak to the enemy and tell him, my life can’t end without certain things coming to pass and it’s not over until God says, ‘It’s over.

Nothing the enemy does can abort the plan of God for your life and you cannot rush God’s timing. When the Lord speaks a word into your life, it is like a seed. Is your confidence in God’s seed? Know this God has included you in His plan—even the details. Do you sense God’s purpose for your life?

You have been endued with natural talents, gifts, desires, and dreams. All humanity, in all cultures, races, and socio-economic situations, lives with the natural instinct to manifest their true potential.

While my friend and I were in Grand prairie cemetery my friend was scare to enter inside and decided to park his car outside I noticed that almost all the tombstones, including a child’s, had the words “Rest in Peace” inscribed on them.
I wondered how can you rest in peace if you died with all your potential inside? Immediately a quiet voice screamed in my head: Is it not a greater tragedy if those who lived up to old age also carried their business's, company, ministry, books, art, music, inventions, dreams, and potential to the grave.

Don't deny yourself the access to what carry your name on it go for your gift in the name of Jesus Christ everything belong to you if you go for it for the bible says 1Corinthian 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”; 20 and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.” 21 Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours:

KEEP EVALUATING YOUR WORDS.

Your words become your reality, never put a full stop in your life while God just put a period,

God is a specialist of all times and seasons but your commitment to your dreams is God prerequisite for the fulfillment of one's destiny on earth nobody else can pay the price for you, you are responsible for the choice you made in life.

Don't lose what you have trying to become like another person, you are already a great person of influence on this earth just keep dreaming and committe yourself to your vision this world belong to each and everyone of us.

Whatever relationships you have attracted in your life at this moment are precisely the ones you need in your life at this moment because there is a hidden meaning behind all events, and this hidden meaning is serving your own discovery about your life or your regrets for tomorrow.
