The Crossing is a community of people that are joining Jesus everywhere He is at work around us. We are committed to loving on the communities and the people that live a

cross the city of Dallas. We are people of grace. We are broken and don't have it all together. We are growing comfortable with being uncomfortable in our lives. We believe that we should have an attitude in life that says "its not about me". We also starve to see all people connected and transformed by the love and grace of God that is found in Jesus. To help families affected by tornadoes in the Garland area, here are directives from the Office of Emergency Management. Please take canned food (easy-open) and bottled water to these locations: Lakeview Centennial High School, North Garland High School, and Brandenburg Elementary. The Garland shelter, Gale Fields Recreation Center on 1701 Dairy Rd, is housing displaced families and is in desperate need of body wipes (no showers available), socks, fleece blankets, adult male underwear, sweatshirts (M, L, XL), and t-shirts. In addition, if you would like to make a financial donation to help with food, supplies, etc. Good Samaritans of Garland, Inc.( www.goodsamofgarland, Inc.) will accept donations tagged for this purpose (storm relief). The families are overwhelmed and very grateful for the outpouring of support from their neighbors, city, and North Texas communities! Thank you!

We spent some time this morning getting to know our neighbors on the streets of Dallas. Thankful for the opportunity to partner with the ministry of Our Calling. Please pray for our neighbors, that Jesus may put their lives back together.
