Millions of people disappear in an instant. What does the evening news say the next morning?
The world won't announce, "The Christians were right." Just as King Ahab called Elijah the "troubler of Israel" (1 Kings 18:17), many will be glad we're gone. Then they'll reach for an explanation: alien abduction, another dimension. Ideas that sound like fringe entertainment today are quietly becoming a ready-made cover story.
Here's the hope. None of this catches God off guard, and it doesn't have to catch you off guard either. "See, I have told you beforehand" (Matthew 24:25). Jesus warned us ahead of time so we'd recognize the lie when it comes and point people to the truth while there's still time. The Rapture isn't the world's great mystery. It's the Church's blessed hope (Titus 2:13).
👉 Finish this sentence: "When the world asks where the Christians went, I hope someone tells them ___."
