Christ In Me…..! It's All About God

I have been asked by so many people if I was born with Polio? But I wasn't. In fact I was born just like any normal child. I had started walking and playing around with other kids, before I had Polio. I love looking at those pictures I took back then, standing on my two feet. I contracted polio (poliomyletis) in 1979. This sickness turned my life around unexpec

tedly, and my family as well. However, I didn't allow it to define me. Although, as a child, there was practically nothing I could do, especially, when I had to start crawling again after the incident. But God who is always faithful and ever present in all situations, had prepared people ahead for me. HE carefully placed me in care of faithful, dedicated, committed, caring, confident, and most importantly, christian Parents. They nurtured me with every care and affection at their disposal. I wasn't given any preferential treatment, but wasn't maltreated either. I was fortuned to receive required medical care. I remembered those countless days spent on admission in the hospital, with my sweet mother on my bedside. She couldn't find a place to sleep, but she's always by my side, just placing her head on my bed. My precious Father drove down from Igbaja to Ogbomoso Baptist medical center, almost every day, just to be with me. At a point in time, I wanted to give up and just accept the situation. I became depressed, all I wanted to do was just sit in my room and cry all day, asking God, why this, why me? But my Parents wouldn't let me be. They are indeed God sent. I finally found Christ in 1988. I gave my life and my all unto Him, and that was my turning point. I was baptized on December 2nd 1989 & I started a new life. You might be wondering why I am all about Jesus. He took over my life even when I didn't know Him, and I am what I am today, because of Him. God sent me, my Special parents, and then gave me amazing siblings. My sisters were and still my closest friends. They got my back all the way. My immediate sister was one who was always by my side when we were still very young, people always thought we were twins because we were really close, she's the best. You know how kids are. When they see me walking with crutches, some will be staring, some even laughing at me, but my sister wouldn't take that. You dare not cross her path then. When it comes to her big sister, she'll do anything to protect me.....lol

When God took over my life, I began to see things in a new light. His gifts and talents in me started manifesting. I first joined choir in 1986, and I can say with boldness in Christ, glorifying God with my voice is a continuous testimony. Though it has not been a smooth ride, Jesus told us that in this world, we will face trials and tribulations, but we should be of good courage, because He has overcame the world. I refused to allow my situation to define me or my future. It's been rough and bumpy, but I didn't give up, and I am not about to give up. I am too blessed to be stressed. I have been through a lot, but I am still living. I have so many testimonies. I might just published a book. This is not for me, but for you to know that you don't have to be a victim. You can choose to be a victor. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and He turned my life around. He turned the hopelessness in me into a hopeful situation. He can do the same for you. I have peace that transcends human understanding. He made me see hope in what once seem like a hopeless situation. Whatever you might be going through, whatever the situation or condition, He can turn it around and make it better. It's never too late. There is nothing God cannot fix. There is nothing impossible with God. He can make a way for you, and He will, if you let Him. Turn your life over unto Him, let Him do the mending. He can give you beauty for your ashes like He did for me. This page is all about God, Speaking to all and every situation of our lives daily!

Prophetic Declarations for June

The One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate and go out. Their King will pass through before them, the Lord at their head. — Micah 2:13

We step into the month of June with thanksgiving, expectation, and confidence in Your unfailing power. In the name of Jesus, we declare that June is our month of the "Breaker Anointing." Every spiritual gate, administrative bottleneck, and invisible barrier that has held back our progress is collapsing right now in the name of Jesus.

We declare that where we experienced heavy resistance in the first five months of this year, we will experience supernatural acceleration this month. The obstacles of our past season are becoming the stepping stones of our current advancement. We are stepping out of containment and into a spacious place of freedom and influence in the mighty name of Jesus.

We declare that our season of hidden labor and unrecognized tears is transitioning into a season of public fruitfulness. The seeds of prayer, faith, and hard work we have sown in secret are rupturing the soil to bring forth an abundant harvest. We declare fruitfulness over every area of our lives. Where there has been dryness, let there be rain. Where there has been emptiness, let there be abundance. Where there has been waiting, let there be manifestation. We speak life to every seed You have placed in us. Every buried promise shall spring forth. Every prayer watered with tears shall produce a harvest in the name of Jesus.

We declare and decree the total breaking of every form of barrenness in our lives in Jesus name. The power of stagnation and empty seasons is entirely broken by the blood of the Lamb. We speak life to every seed You have planted in us. Every buried promise shall spring forth. Every prayer watered with tears shall produce a harvest.

We declare resurrection life over every dead dream, every dry womb, every dormant talent, and every exhausted resource. We will no longer be called forsaken or empty in the mighty name of. Jesus.

We declare that June is our month of divine visitation. The Lord is stepping into our situation personally to fulfill promises that have seemed delayed or dead. We declare sudden turnarounds. What looked like a permanent delay will suddenly manifest as a divine setup. God is changing scenarios overnight, shifting alignments, and moving people to favor us. Whatever has been unproductive in my life will begin to yield. Whatever has been stagnant will move forward. Whatever has felt forgotten will be remembered by God in the mighty name of Jesus.

You Are Precious in His Sight.

“Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.” — Isaiah 43:4 (NIV)

There is a moment in every human life when the question rises, sometimes whispered, sometimes screamed, "Am I worth anything?” The world has a thousand ways of answering that question with silence, with rejection, with a price tag that keeps changing. But before the noise of the world ever had a chance to define you, God already had. In Isaiah 43, He is speaking to a people in exile, a people who by every outward measurement looked forgotten, displaced, and diminished. And yet into that very darkness, He speaks the most astonishing declaration: you are precious to Me. Not “you were precious once.” Not “you could be precious if.” Present tense. Unconditional. Unshakeable. God looks at you in your wandering, in your waiting, in your weariness, and calls you precious.

What makes this verse so staggering is the weight behind the word love. This is not the love of sentiment or convenience. God says He will give nations, entire peoples, sweeping geopolitical realities in exchange for His beloved. This is the love of total, unreserved investment. It is the same love that would one day hang on a cross and settle the question of your worth once and for all. The price paid for your life was not silver or gold, not nations or kingdoms; it was the blood of the Son of God Himself. Heaven did the math, and you came out invaluable. When the enemy whispers that you are too broken, too far gone, too ordinary to matter, he is contradicting the arithmetic of Calvary.

So let this truth be the ground beneath your feet today: you are not loved because you are valuable, you are valuable because you are loved. God’s love does not respond to your worth; it creates it. In your most exhausted, most uncertain, most in-between season, His declaration over you has not changed by a single syllable. You are precious. You are honored. You are seen. Walk through this day not as someone trying to earn a place at the table, but as someone who was bought a seat by the greatest act of love the universe has ever witnessed. That love is not a distant theology, it is your daily inheritance. Receive it.

It Will No Longer Tarry

Habakkuk 2:3 — “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

There is a holy tension embedded in this verse that every waiting believer knows intimately, the promise is real, the appointed time is set, and yet the days stretch long. God spoke these words to a prophet who was troubled by what he saw and confused by what he didn’t. Habakkuk had cried out, questioned, and wrestled. And God’s response wasn’t silence, it was a vision, written plainly, sealed with certainty. He said: write it down, make it plain, it is coming. The very act of writing the vision was an act of faith, because you don’t record what you doubt will arrive. You inscribe what is already guaranteed in the courts of heaven, even when earth hasn’t caught up yet.

What makes this passage so striking is its refusal to pretend the wait isn’t real. God doesn’t say “it hasn’t been long.” He acknowledges the tarrying, and then He overrules it. “Though it tarry, wait for it because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” This is not contradiction; this is covenant language. The delay you have experienced is not the final word on your situation. There is an appointed time a kairos moment already marked on the divine calendar. and when that moment arrives, the vision will do the speaking. You won’t have to convince anyone. You won’t have to explain the years. It will be self-evident, because God’s fulfillments need no defense.

Perhaps you are reading this in the middle of a season that has stretched beyond what you thought you could endure. Perhaps the vision God gave you feels faded at the edges, worn from being carried so long. Be encouraged today: the tarrying is not a cancellation. What God has written over your life remains written. The appointed time has not been revoked, it has simply not yet arrived. And the same God who told Habakkuk to wait for it is saying the same to you. It will come. It will speak. It will no longer tarry.

He Is Already in the Storm

“And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, ‘Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?’ And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, ‘Peace! Be still!’ And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.”
— Mark 4:37–39 (ESV)

There is a particular kind of dread that settles in the chest when you can feel something coming, when the sky of your life shifts color, and the wind picks up, and everything in you wants to run for cover. We rehearse worst-case scenarios in the quiet of 3 a.m. We clutch our plans like they are life rafts. And yet, tucked inside the fourth chapter of Mark, there is a scene with seasoned fishermen, men who knew storms come undone in the middle of one. They shake Jesus awake with the raw, unfiltered panic of people who believe they have been forgotten. “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” That question was heartbreaking. It was the cry of every soul who has ever watched the waves climb higher while heaven seemed silent. What we so often fail to understand is that Jesus was already in the boat. Not on the shore. Not watching from a distance. He was present in their peril, resting with the full authority of One who wrote the laws the wind obeys.

The storm does not catch God off guard. The trial you are walking into, the one already gathering at the edges of your life, passed through the hands of a sovereign Father before it ever reached you. Job did not know about the conversation in the heavenly court, and neither do we. We are not privy to what God is building in us, stripping from us, or protecting us through the breaking. The word of God in Isaiah says, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.” Not if. Not perhaps. When. The promise was never the absence of deep water. The promise was the presence of the One who parts it, walks on it, and speaks to it with a word, and it obeys. This is the God who does not flinch at your storm, because He has already ordained its end.

So if you feel the pressure building today, if the diagnosis is unclear, the relationship is fracturing, the finances are collapsing, the grief is fresh and wild and without a name, do not mistake His stillness for His absence. There is a peace that Jesus carries that is not naive; it is not the peace of someone who does not know what is coming. It is the peace of Someone who knows exactly what is coming and is unmoved, because He is unmovable. He is in the vessel with you. The same voice that silenced the Sea of Galilee is speaking over your chaos right now, and creation still remembers how to listen. You do not have to be brave enough to face the storm. You only have to be desperate enough to wake Him.

Prophetic Declaration for May

Heavenly Father, as we step into the month of May with thanksgiving and expectation, knowing that You have gone before us and prepared this month with purpose, grace, and divine surprises, we declare that May is our month of blooming. We declare every seed of prayer, faith, obedience, and tears sown in past seasons will spring forth into visible manifestation. We will not remain hidden in obscurity. By the power of God, we blossom in the place where we were once overlooked in the name of Jesus.

We declare that the grace of God rests mightily upon our lives. We received Grace to rise, to overcome, to build, and to walk in wisdom, strength, and divine alignment. Where we were rejected, grace will speak for us. Where doors were shut, grace will open uncommon pathways. Where we lacked strength, grace will sustain and carry us in the mighty name of Jesus.

We declare that divine favor surrounds us like a shield this month. Favor will distinguish us, announce us, and position us before kings, helpers, and destiny connections. We will experience supernatural access, strategic opportunities, and blessings that cannot be explained by human effort alone. This month, we step into new beginnings ordained by heaven. Every old cycle of delay, disappointment, stagnation, and limitations are broken in Jesus’ name.

Dear Lord, we decree in your name that May marks the beginning of fresh doors opening, fresh ideas flowing, fresh strength rising, fresh joy overflowing, and fresh testimonies manifesting in the name of Jesus. We decree that everything dead or dormant in our lives receive the breath of God and come alive again. We declare that we are entering a season of divine acceleration. What seemed delayed will move swiftly, what was lost will be restored, and what was promised will begin to manifest in the miraculous name of Jesus.

By the authority of Jesus Christ, we declare: May will not work against us; it will work for us. Creation will cooperate with our purpose, and Heaven will back our steps. This month, we shall bloom without apology, we shall flourish in the will of God, and we shall walk boldly into all He has prepared for us. We receive peace for every uncertainty, clarity for every decision, provision for every need, and victory for every battle. This month will testify to God’s faithfulness in our lives in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
