Vision Statement: Our vision, as born-again believers and as it refers to substance abuse, is that every person should have a chance to live life free of alcohol and drugs. If a person should fall to alcohol or drugs it is our belief that they should receive biblical based counseling to provide support and recovery through referrals to treatment program.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to provide substance abuse counseling and guidance.

Scriptural Foundation: 18 And don’t get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless actions, but be filled by the Spirit Ephesians 5: 18 (HCSB)

Ministry Meetings: Addiction and Substance Abuse Ministry meet on Thursday at 7:00PM

Hey there Brothers and Sisters Happy New Year 2022!! Well the the substance abuse ministry here at Bethany Missionary Baptist Church has been not meeting do to the pandemic. Well with much prayer and thought
I feel it time to start get this party started !!! Addiction has went no where, for sure it has gotten worst!! So starting 2/3/3022. @ 7:00pm
that on a Thursday night meeting will start. So if you live in the Dallas area and need a meeting come check out the ministry!! It about changing people , places and things!! There’s a scripture in the Bible that says” I can do all things through Christ that strengthens Me” Let take journey and discover this scripture together!!!!!! Hope you can make a meeting!!!
