Speaking truth to power is what we are called to do. Deaconess Dr. Candace Wicks is a member of the City of Dallas Commission on Disabilities and spoke to the City Council on behalf of the community. The Disabilities Flag will be raised at City Hall @ 8:30 AM on July 15, 2026. Everyone is invited to support.
