WE ARE CREATED TO DO GREATER THINGS

You need to put in your best to become the best you want to be in life, life has given us all an open check and to get it we must disconnect from laziness. You can never become the best until you put in your best, for you to always do it the best way, your sense of reasoning must be positively engaged in doing whatsoever your hand findeth to do. Reason it out within yourselves or with the right person next to you befor putting it to work, when this gets done, the best result must surely surface.
Every problem is a challenge, every challenge is an opportunity, every opportunity you over come is a step closer to achieving your goals and purpose in life.
We must all strive to make our tomorrow count with greater impact today and be better than yesterday. To be proud of whom we are with our brain let us merge courage with action to change our world and environment for better ; let's redesign our family's so if you are in business put in your best and put in your best in your ministry if you are in ministry read books that concern the area of your discipline build your faith in God and become original in your field of calling don't wait till someone tell you what to do before you can response to your dreams it is another day use it to add value to your life and stay blessed.

YOU ARE THE CHANGE THIS WORLD NEED.

Nothing happens or change without personal responsibility. If everyone sweep in front of his own door the whole world will be clean. Do your best to live a difference life that many are try to fit in. Do you know the your differences can make a great change in the society?.

The only person you are destined to become in life is the person you decide to be, things won't change until you change the way you think and is only a change people that can change their world.

If we need a new world we must change the way we think and we must stop waiting for people to affirm whom we should be before we think about whom we are born to be in life. Never stop dreaming because if you don't dream about it you will not have it.
If God program your blessings to happen in the day don't stop believing when it's in the night time. Remember that every change take place with the right mindset if you locked yourself out in ignorance and fear instead of faith you can't attract the full attention of God that is why many people are still in lack because God always responds to our faith not in our fear.

The bible said in Haggai 2:3 ‘Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing?
The world including your family may have see how you where born and remember how they were feeding you to become now you are not what they want but i can assure you what seems like nothing God is seeing something great about it and you are that change they have been waiting for.

I pray beginning from today onwards people who know about your history before will compare your past life with present and they will begin to subscribe to your divine testimony to the glory of God.

Today i cancelled every satanic evil shackle holding you against your wishe to be broken into pieces in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

DON'T DENIED YOURSELF ACCESS TO RIGHT THINKING.

There is one thing we can do, and the happiest people are those who can do it to the limit of their ability. We can be completely present. We can be all here. We can give all our attention to the opportunity before us. Life is denied by lack of attention, whether it to cleaning windows or trying to write scripts of our life. If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything; it is open to everything anything that does not belong where it is, the way it is, is an "open loop" pulling on your attention.

The knowledge that we consider knowledge proves-itself in action. What we now mean by knowledge is information in action, information focused on results. Many have collected things but haven't processed or decided what action to take about them others make good decisions about "stuff" in the moment but lose the value of that thinking because they don't efficiently organize the results. Still others have good systems but don't review them consistently enough to keep them functional.

You can train yourself, almost like an athlete, to be faster, more responsive, more proactive, and more focused in knowledge work. You can think more effectively and manage the results with more ease and control. You can minimize the loose ends across the whole spectrum of your work life and personal life and get a lot more done with less effort and you can make front-end decision making about all the "stuff" you collect and create standard operating procedure for living and working in this new millennium.

LIFE IS FULL OF COMPROMISES

Life is not just party and pleasure; it is also pain and despair sometimes unthinkable things happen. Sometimes everything turns upside down. Bad things happen to good people. Some things are beyond control, such as physical disability and birth defects. We cannot choose our parents or the circumstances of our birth so if the ball bounced that way, sorry but what do we do from here; cry or take the ball and run? That is a choice we have to make I have see someone seated on wheelchairs and fulfilled destiny touching live and making a great difference in the world.

On a clear day, there are hundreds of boats sailing in lewisville lake inTexas in all different directions in a lake. How come? Even though the wind is blowing in one direction, the sailboats are going in different directions. What is the difference? It depends on the way the sail is set, and that is determined by the sailor. The same is true of our lives. We can't choose the direction of the wind, but we can choose how we set the sail. We can choose our attitude even though we cannot always choose our circumstances. The choice is either to act like a victor or a victim.

It is not our position but our disposition that determines our destiny. It takes both rain and sunshine to create a rainbow. Our lives are no different. There is happiness and sorrow. There is the good and the bad ; dark and bright spots. If we can handle adversity, it only strengthens us. We cannot control all the events that happen in our lives, but we can control how we deal with them.

Richard Blechnyden wanted to promote Indian tea at the St. Louis world fair in 1904. It was very hot and no one wanted to sample his tea. Blechnyden saw that all the other iced drinks were doing flourishing business. It dawned on him to make his tea into an iced drink, mix in sugar and sell it.

He did and people loved it that was the introduction of iced tea to the world. When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, we can react responsibly or resentfully. Human beings are not like an action which has no choice. An acorns cannot decide whether to become a giant tree or to become food for the squirrels. Human beings have choices. If nature gives us a lemon, we have a choice either to cry or make lemonade made up your mind today to use every opportunity to bring out the best in your life.

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP TO SEE YOUR FUTURE.

Poverty is not the absence of money, poverty is the absence of personal access to personal inbuilt strength of discovery channel. Keep your eye focus to see where you are going in life. Poverty is not born with family name it's because someone failed to take a decisive decision about the issue. You may still be fighting the fight your grandfather failed to fight but don't give up on yourself until you win.

As long as a giants person doesn't know what he should know, he doesn't grow in life , Lord help us your children to understand our mission and gifting to discover the secrets channels to our divine destiny in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

The key to life is meeting needs of others people it''s that simple. When needs are met, creation functions. Satisfied needs produce fulfilled people, and fulfilled people are free to pursue and exercise their full potential as human beings.

The number one goal, then in any relationship should be the meeting of needs. We should not concentrate so much on meeting our own needs, but those of the others person in the relationship. A good test for the health of a real relationship is to ask ourselves periodically whose needs we are meeting, ours or theirs? If we are focusing on our needs, the relationship is in trouble. In successful, healthy relationships, both parties put a priority on meeting the needs of other.

Unmet needs are the source of frustration and lack of fulfillment. Frustration in a relationship is an indication of unmet needs because a frustrated person is an unfulfilled person.

STRUGGLE COME BEFORE SUCCESS.

Trials in life can be tragedies or triumphs to any body depending on how we handle them. There's no triumphs that doesn't come without effort.

A biology teacher was teaching his students how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. He told the students that in the next couple of hours, the butterfly would struggle to come out of the cocoon and that no one should help the butterfly then he left. The students were waiting and it happened that the butterfly started struggled to get out of the cocoon, and one of the students took pity on it and decided to help the butterfly out of the cocoon against the advice of his teacher.

He broke the cocoon to help the butterfly so it didn't have to struggle anymore but shortly afterwards the butterfly died. When the teacher returned, he was told what happened. He explained to this student that by helping the butterfly, he had actually killed it because it is a law of nature that the struggle to come out of the cocoon actually helps develop and strengthen its wings.

The boy had deprived the butterfly of its struggle and the butterfly died. You can apply this same principle to your lives as well that nothing worth while in this life comes without a struggle.
As parents we tend to hurt the ones we love most because we don't allow them to struggle to gain strength People who have overcome obstacles are more secure than those who have never faced any challenge. We all have problems and we feel discouraged some time. Most people get disappointed; but winners don't get disheartened. The answer is perseverance. An English proverb says, a smooth sea never made a skillful mariner who wants to get better.

Everything is difficult before it becomes easy. We cannot run away from our problems because it's hard, only losers quit and give up because they don’t want to try again. Su***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem when a person killed his future because of his past and failure is the highway to success if you refuse to give up.

YOUR CHOICE REFLECT ON YOU EVERYDAY.

I often hear people expressing the hope that things will change and get better but I want to tell you that the difference between where we are and where we want to be is created by the changes we are willing to make in our lives and do things better than what we use to do in the past.
When you want something you have never had, you must do something you’ve never done to get it otherwise you'll keep getting the same result. Personally, I have no problem giving up what is needed just for the opportunity to make my dreams a reality.

I also understand it’s not a guarantee that your change will happen by itself but your resilience will make it easier than you ever imagined because nothing in life is aguarantee if you don't stand up for yourself.

Nothing creates a greater gap between successful and unsuccessful people than the choices we make. Too often, people make life more difficult for themselves because they make bad choices at intersections of their life or they decline to make choices because of fear but it’s important to remember that while we don’t always get what we want, we always get what we choose.

The older we are, the more responsible we are for our situation. If you are merely average or if you are no closer to your dream this year than you were last year, you can choose to accept it, defend it, cover it up, and explain it always or you can choose to change it, grow from it, and forge a new path.

You can’t improve your life and avoid change at the same time. It’s difficult to focus on your past and change in the present. Yesterday ended last night. To grow you must be willing to let your present and future be totally unlike your past.

Your history is not your destiny. If you want to grow and change, you must take risks because innovation and progress are often initiated by people who push for change.

TRAIN OTHERS TO DO WELL LIKE YOU.

Tomorrow's leaders are already around you when we give people a chance every chance you get push them and keep testing everybody. People around you can aways do more than you are allowing them to do if you can make them feel comfortable with whatever they are gifted with.

A true leaders rejoice when their trainers become more effective than they are, they feel more comfortable because they are replicating themselves in other people and make things easier. That is the heart of authentic leadership of Jesus Christ be it secular or others, you should be happy when your staff member are doing things that you are doing even when they are doing it more better than you could do.

When you are a true leader who knows who you are, why you were born, and what you came here on earth to do, you would know that no one can replace you. Others people success is a proof of your success in leading them. So as a CEO of company, general overseers of a Church, president of nation, governors of a state help those people that are willing to belief in you keep on encouraging them to put on their best and give them the chance to do the best they can and then you mentors them to discover their clears vision thank you sir... we are all watching to see what this administration has in mind for our country.

We can only have a great country as long as we have a great citizen, bad citizen bad people and a bad government if we don't want to change ourselves.

PICK YOURSELF UP

Mark 2:11-12 “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”

I want you to know you cannot go into the future you have been draming for all this years and still holding on to your past with two hands tied to it-it can be a tradition or cultural belief and experience that didn't work right in the past but if you are really ready to move forward you must let go of your past.

If you want to go into your future and when you see what is ahead of you know that is bigger than all you have learned and see in life. Keep going on to get it in the name of Jesus Christ.

Whatever course you have decide upon in life, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe that your critics are right. Just know how to map out a course of action and follow it to the end which require your courage everyday.

I pray for you today what God would do in your life this year will cause all your family's, friends and even your enemies confusion and they will begin to say we have never saw anything like this!; in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.
