Regarding Free-Will and Pre-destination.
TIME IS THE KEY;

The thing we have to wrap our minds around is that God exists and works outside of time. With His knowledge and view of time everything is happening at once and He knows the beginning from the end. It IS possible that we all live with and relate to God completely through our free will WHILE AT THE SAME TIME God knows exactly what the result of our choices and His intervention will be. He can work through our own free will to bring the best possible outcome in each of our lives as they relate to eternity and other humans and knowing from the very beginning how we will respond and what our choices will be, He can reserve those who he foreknew would become saints as the elect and specifically focus His grace and mercy on the individual in a way that neglects those who, no matter what, would reject God’s salvation and choose to remain His enemies. Thinking outside of time in this debate allows for both Armenians (who traditionally believe the Divine-Human relationship to be entirely subject to the free will of the individual), and Calvinists (who traditionally believe that God predestines some humans to salvation and others to condemnation with no element of human choice involved at all) to be correct in their views simultaneously. If we hold true to only one view we neglect specific scriptures and we insist, perhaps unintentionally, the God subject Himself to our time limitations because we cannot break free of them ourselves.

Many faithful pastors preach a gospel of repentance every Sunday to their congregations and walk away frustrated because there were no lost people to hear it. We get no response because we are preaching the wrong message to the wrong people. Repentance must be preached, not as for the lost who find their way into the church pews, but as the foundational message to the saints who hear us preach every Sunday. When the true Church hears the Gospel of Repentance preached TO THEM and responds with all of their heart, mind, and strength, the lost will not be able to resist the message of the cross. As we are all hidden away in our homes worshipping alone and with our families, repent of idolatry, faithlessness, and the words which have destroyed our relationships. Cover this nation, this world, with repentance from the hearts of the redeemed and see the Greatest Awakening fall like a torrent. There are 40 days to wait between the final day of Passover and Pentecost. Do not waste this opportunity. Corona means a virus but it also means a Crown.

For the Passover Pandemic and Easter Isolation;

This Holy Week is an opportunity for the true Church to stand strong and lift up praise more personal, more Holy, more perfect than ever before. We are mostly isolated with our families and there is no opportunity to just go through the motions sitting in a pew. I encourage all of you to take communion on Wednesday...if you are savvy to Passover celebrations then observe a Seder meal with your family and remember the power of the Blood of the Lamb to save man from the spiritual death that we choose with every act of rebellion and sin. On Easter Sunday lift up your voices in praise in your own home with anyone who will come together...neighbors, spouses, children, parents...praise the Lord. Read the resurrection accounts in the Gospels and read Psalm 22, read Revelation 21 and 22 and thank the Lord for His grace, love, forgiveness, and the final victory. This is the LORD’s week, these are the LORD’s Holy days, put your financial worries away and humble yourself before our God. This strange time is not a curse, and it’s not even a plague, it is the hand of God pulling back the veil “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9). This Holy Week may He find us worshipping, forgiven, and blameless each in our own homes and hearts.
You are blessed my Church! Be free and worship like never before!

Victory Verse
Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

In Matthew 24 when the disciples were nearly overcome by the storm they weren’t caught in the middle of a fishing trip. They weren’t surprised while on a pleasure cruise. They were following Jesus’ call to “go to the other side” of the Sea of Galilee. God was in the boat with them directing their course and they found themselves in fear of their lives because a storm began to overcome their boat. Not only was Jesus NOT worried but he was fast asleep. Jesus didn’t wake up on his own accord and save them...scripture reads like he was never personally concerned about his disciples’ safety. The disciples had to wake him up themselves and then they asked him “teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” Jesus responds by speaking to the wind and the sea and after the elements obey him, he asks his disciples “why are you afraid? How is it that you have no faith?”
If you find yourselves amidst a storm while you are following his direction in your life, you are just like the disciples in the boat. The storm that caused the disciples to fear was clearly greater than an average storm on the Galilee, whether because of natural circumstances far beyond the norm, or because it was a supernatural attack, scripture doesn’t say for sure, but the fear of death was real. Great turmoil may be a sign that you are in the boat right where Jesus has called you to be. He DOES calm the storm. He is NOT afraid. In our story, he is not sleeping! Trust Jesus, let him build your faith, do not respond in faithlessness, you WILL get to the other side where he has called you.

It has been a whirlwind of a couple of months but in short, here’s what’s going on with Camp of the Bride; I’ve been DEPLOYED! As a Navy reservist I still go out on deployment every now and then and after over three years of serving locally I have been sent to a west-coast base to lead a team of reserve sailors as we launch a program that is brand new to the navy that will eventually be deployed worldwide. I’ll be here till fall of 2020 and plan to post regular discussion videos once I am settled in. Most of the Camp of the Bride folks are settled in at The Storehouse Church in Farmers Branch and we excitedly await what direction The Lord will take us after this season is over. Be blessed, continue to pray for us, and please pray for our family! Thank you all.
