As we close our unit over the names of God our children continue to review the different ways God shows up in our lives. ✝️☀️

Our younger students reviewed the name of El Roi while watercoloring images to serve as a reminder that the Lord sees them always. By using the acronym “provide,” our older students reflected on the different ways Jehovah Jireh’s provision has touched their lives. We capped off our day with a fun board game in which students had to find their way to Jesus.

We are so blessed to see our kids grasp God’s love for them.

Our children had an action packed day reviewing Jehovah Raah! 🩺🐑 Older students put their skills to the test in a game of “Operation,” identifying harms and pairing them with the biblical healing only our Shepherd can provide, while the little ones began a sheep craft, but took the creativity outside for some sunshine and chalk.☀️ What a wonderful way to wrap up our Wednesday!

As we continue to review the Names of God we learned throughout this semester, our afterschool students took a deep dive into the story of Gideon. From cracking a crossword challenge to building their own altars of remembrance, we explored the Jehovah Shalom and what it means to lead with courage and peace that God is with us. ♥️
