re to develop a theological lens that leads to transformational discipleship. Ennoble is just a fancy term that means that we want to bestow honor and value to women— of all backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic and social status. Giving women place of honor in the pursuit of rich theological truths and formational discipleship through studying the scriptures yourself. Why? Because theology (in some circles) is reserved for “them.” Here at Inquire Ministries, theology and intentional study of the Bible is for all women— yes, it is for you. Our Methods:
- Studying theology is a journeyyyyyy. The learning process isn’t “one and done”— kinda like the journey of getting to know God, right?! Our methods are about giving women the tools, support, structure and “river banks” that will aid in a lifelong pursuit of God, through his word and by his Spirit. Think… word studies, cultural studies, theological diagrams, article assessment, response papers, projects, charts. We believe that combining the intentional study of the Bible with exploring the ‘ologies (mainly…theology proper, Biblical theology, systematic theology and historical theology), will lead to a transformed, fruitful life. Our Aim:
- This is going to seem so simple. Our aim is to help women know God. Not just know about God, but truly know him— deeply. relationally. This is truly our one (really big) thing.

His grace covers it.
Rest in that.
2 Cor 12:9- "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me."

I used to think that I needed HOURS to study the Bible. Like I needed to have a perfect set up, the right candle, and a beautiful area with 10 commentaries in order to study. But, oh, was I mistaken.
5 minutes of faithful reading and study is fruitful. 5 minutes can grow roots of spiritual transformation. 5 minutes can be life changing.
It is less about the amount of time and more about the type of time.
Don't let the amount of time stop you. Pursue God through his word!

Do you have a life verse? What is it and how has it carried you in this season or in the past?
I have never been one who has put Bible verses on my walls in my house. But, lately I have found certain scriptures coming up in my mind as I have navigated some tricky and challenging situations.
Share your life verse and allow the act of recalling it remind you that the word of God is alive, active and available to comfort. The word is truly an anchor for the soul.

I have been there, and find myself there often. You are in good company.

Join the club! It actually happened to me today. I can assure you, though, that nothing is wrong with you-- you aren't broken or unable to understand the Bible. You just need a little bit of a plan.
As you are reading your Bible, have a journal or sheet of paper next to you and jot down notes. This will help with retention. Don't get all tied up about underlines or what symbol to use. It doesn't matter who sees it or who reads it. These are your notes.
Then, when you are done, summarize what you read in a few sentences in your own words.
Do these things and it will help you retention, which will lead to deeper spiritual transformation. Trust me.

It’s the 1st day of the second year my PhD journey and my sweet friend reminded me that we need to CELEBRATE this day! 🎉🎉🎉 ((and don’t let Kacey’s smile fool you, she is fierce!))
This journey has been really tough, but I’m coming into the fall with greater courage, commitment and determination to be better equipped to serve the church. It wasn’t always this was though ⬇️
A few weeks ago, I was so frustrated that God hasn’t given me the speaking engagements and big stages that I see all over social media. Phew—it was ugly to even see that in myself. 😭 God was so, so kind though… and reminded me of my calling.
I am called to serve women who desire to pursue Christ through the scriptures…but just don’t know how to do it.
I am called to the women who are getting tired of going to Christian events and conferences, only to come home and feel like they can’t study the Bible like “those women on the stage” do.
I am called to the women who are TIRED of thin theology that lets them down when (not if) life gets tough.
I am called to the women who are willing to put effort into deep study of the scriptures because spiritual transformation is waiting in its pages.
I am called to create a table where questions, curiosity and inquiry of the scriptures and the God who wrote them is normal and welcomed.
So, if I am describing you—I am getting my PhD for you. You are my why—you deserve a seat at my table.
One day Jason and I will have a physical space with commentaries, Bible software, round tables, a prayer room and scriptorium for study. But, until then, know that I am going deep, doing research and pursuing Christ…all because I believe that all women belong in deep study of the scriptures. 💛

Happy September, Friends! And Happy Labor Day :)
I have had a restful summer break from social media and am ready to get back into creating theologically rich resources for women. As I tell women all the time, I believe that we deserve having a table to learn, engage with and inquire of the scriptures in a place that is safe and encouraging. A place that is supportive of the deep digging into the text.
Although this is a digital space, it is my deepest prayer that we will one day have a physical space to come and sit together as we learn.
Until then, pull up a chair and stay awhile.
