Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and heart of people who show up every day for their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.

And to our caregivers especially—we see the work you do that doesn’t come with a time clock, weekends off, vacation days, or sometimes even a full night’s sleep. 💙 Your work matters, too.

Whether you’re spending today at work, catching up around the house, enjoying time with family, or doing absolutely nothing (which we fully support 😂), we hope you find a little time to rest, breathe, and recharge.

Today is a beautiful reminder that making a difference doesn’t always require doing something BIG.

Sometimes it’s giving a few dollars.
Sometimes it’s volunteering a few hours.
Sometimes it’s sharing a post, encouraging a caregiver, showing up for a family, or simply choosing kindness when someone needs it most.

At R[4], we’ve seen firsthand how small acts of generosity can create a BIG impact. 🫶

Every gift of time, talent, encouragement, and financial support helps us continue creating spaces where families affected by special needs can find rest, connection, encouragement, and belonging.

🏕️💙 WE’RE LOOKING FOR CAMP VOLUNTEERS! 💚

Our R[4] Family Retreat is coming up on October 31, and we’re starting to put together the amazing group of people who will help make the day possible!

Right now, we’re simply looking to see who might be interested in volunteering. No official sign-up yet—we just want to start finding our people! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

There will be several ways to serve, including:

💙 Being a buddy and spending the day alongside one of our campers
🌿 Helping with activities, meals, check-in, setup or cleanup
📸 Sharing a special skill or talent
💚 Or simply being willing to jump in wherever you’re needed!

You don’t have to be an expert in special needs to make a difference. We’re looking for people with kind hearts, willing hands, and a desire to help families feel welcomed and included.
