NTHM WEEKLY BHAGAVAD GITA SERIES: WEEK 8
Our systematic journey through the Bhagavad Gita continues as we proceed with our week-by-week exploration of the scripture’s 700 verses. Having transitioned through the foundational teachings of the early chapters, in May 2026 we move from the external world of "doing" to the internal world of "knowing" and "meditating.".

This week’s session centers on the 28 verses of Chapter 8, which focuses on the theme of Akshara Brahma Yoga (Attaining the Supreme).
//
To ensure a productive and informed discussion, participants are requested to review the chapter and accompanying commentary prior to the session. Access to the text, including translations in multiple languages and commentary by Swami Mukundananda, is available at the link below:

Bhakti Yoga: Ongoing Community Outreach
In conjunction with our spiritual study, our Canned Food Drive remains in progress as a tangible expression of Bhakti Yoga and selfless service. We encourage participants to continue their support by bringing non-perishable food items to the weekly gathering. This initiative reflects our commitment to transforming the wisdom of the Gita into meaningful action for our community.

We look forward to your presence and continued engagement in this 18-week series.
