May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I want to Thank you so much Katrina, the owner of Blissed Euphoria, for creating such a wonderful Christian stretch class atmosphere. Your kindness, encouragement, and peaceful spirit make every class uplifting for both the body and the soul. I truly appreciate the way you incorporated faith, positivity, and care into our ladies session. It is a blessing to be part of a class where we can relax, strengthen our bodies, and feel God’s presence and peace at the same time.

Thank you for using your gifts to inspire and encourage others. May God continue to bless you, strengthen you, and pour back into you all the joy and encouragement you give to us last week.
