Happy 250th Anniversary of American Independence! 🇺🇸 As we celebrate this historic milestone, we give thanks for the blessings of liberty and pray for God’s continued guidance over our nation.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your mercy, strength, and healing for Rylin. Lord, You know every detail of her condition, every fear her family is carrying, and every challenge that lies ahead. We ask that You surround her with Your love and protection today as she undergoes emergent surgery.
Please guide the hands, minds, and decisions of every surgeon, nurse, and medical professional who will care for her. Grant them wisdom, skill, and clarity as they prepare for surgery this morning.
Lord, we pray for a successful operation and for Rylin's body to respond well to treatment. Bring healing where there is sickness, strength where there is weakness, and hope where there is fear. Watch over her through every moment of the day and throughout the surgery.
Please comfort her family and loved ones. Give them peace that surpasses understanding, courage for the hours ahead, and the strength to face whatever comes. Hold them close when they feel overwhelmed and remind them they are not alone.
We ask for Your grace, Your presence, and Your healing hand to be upon Rylin. May she be surrounded by love, sustained by hope, and carried safely through this difficult time.

Due to weather conditions, the dinner has been postponed....new details will be posted when available! Dallas United Methodist Church requests the pleasure of your company at a fellowship dinner on January 31st at 6 pm. The menu will feature pulled pork, mac n cheese, and coleslaw. We kindly ask that you bring a dessert or buns to share. Pastor Doug Whitecotton and his wife, Tina are looking forward to meeting and having conversations with area friends and neighbors.
