We are a medium-sized, open and affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ in the heart of Dallas, Texas. ( "Open and Affirming" means in our denomination that no matter your age, gender, race, ethnicity, romantic orientation, class, physical or mental abilities, or background -- no matter if you have a little faith or a lot -- in short, no matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here.) We're a church that doesn't ask you to check your intellect at the door; we say that although our faith is 2,000 years old, our thinking isn't. We work together for social justice and peace, and we value a diversity of opinions and theologies.
