Some Us Are So Spiritually dehydrated because we are not reading our BIBLE As we Should.

I’m Talking To myself FIRST!

We Should Be Reading our Bibles As Much as we need ( & Should Be Drinking) water. Our bodies need water so that we can stay hydrated just as we need to read our Bibles, The WORD Of THE MOST HIGH GOD, so that we will not be spiritually dehydrated.
That’s why a lot of us are restless, not sleeping well, physically and spiritually fatigued.

Listen, what affects us in the spirit also affects us in the natural, so if we are not reading our BIBLE and spending time with GOD, as we should in the spirit, it is going to reflect in the physical in the flesh.
So let’s get rested! Let’s get rehydrated spiritually, and physically!
