People are always focusing on "sin" and pointing fingers and making comments about one's life based on how they're living. But the word of God doesn't need your help to pronounce judgement. James says when sin is fully conceived it brings death with it. Sin takes care of its own.

God's judgement is not getting ready to fall due to sin...He's coming for what He's always judged for...idolatry. Everytime the people of Israel suffered it was due to idolatry. Worshipping other gods. Putting something or someone up higher than God. Looking to "it" to be their savior.
God is coming for the idols. People who have been raised up in every arena. Raised up to be revered more than God. We need to be praying. Truly praying for the mercy of God.

"Have you ever had a person cross your mind who you typically don't think about or haven't in quite some time? I've learned, God is placing that person on your mind to check on them OR pray for them. Oftentimes, in the past (if you're like me with this) I would think...hmmm...that's strange that this person popped in my head. It's not strange....you've been chosen to check on that person. Don't ignore the opportunity. You never know....that person could be at a crossroad, and your call or prayer could be the very act that brings their breakthrough."

The Georgia teen who killed 4 and wounded 9 has been charged with felony murder as an adult. They have now charged his father with the same. If convicted, they both will face a possible life sentence in prison.

This is so very sad because it could have been prevented. We must continue to pray for our children AND pay attention to the "spiritual side" of their life. Therein lies your clues!
