Daily Power Thought 6/13/26 Good Morning.

If God were looking for people who are living a godly life, would you fall into that category? Even when it hurts!

Because a lot of people say they love Jesus, and are a Christian; but how they respond to tragedy and troubles of this world and society and wanting to fit in it seems very questionable. (Right Now!)

Noah's character, set him apart from a world filled compromise and even back then, with wickedness.

God knew He could trust Noah to do, exactly what God told him to do even when it wasn’t popular with his peers and other people.

He was often the laughing joke of people, who walked by and seen him building the massive “ARK” until it rained and the door was closed on the massive boat, and the flood came.

*Noah had three characteristics every believer should have in their life.

According to scripture, God chose Noah to build the ark because he was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and walked faithfully with God (Genesis 6:9).

Furthermore, he found grace in the eyes of the Lord and showed complete obedience to all of God's commands (Genesis 6:8, 6:22).

Even in a world with so much going on can trust you to He was righteous: Noah lived a life of moral integrity and was commended for his devotion to God while the rest of the world was engulfed in wickedness.

He was blameless: In his generation, his actions were distinct and pure compared to the violent and corrupt culture around him.

He walked with God: He maintained an intimate, ongoing relationship with the Lord, which guided his choices and actions.

He was obedient: He immediately and faithfully constructed the ark exactly as God commanded, despite facing ridicule.

What about you today, can and will you still trust God, in the process of being obedient! Even when it’s not popular!

Let Us Pray:

Heavenly Father,
Grant me the grace to live a righteous and honest life, even when the world around me chooses wickedness.

Lord God, give me the strength to remain blameless, keeping my actions and thoughts pure in Your sight.

Help me to walk faithfully with You every single day, listening to Your voice and trusting Your guidance.

When You call me to build or step out in faith, grant me the courage of complete obedience to Your word.

May I and others, find favor in Your eyes and reflect “Your”light to those around me.

In the mighty name of Jesus!!! Amen

Daily Power Thought 6/12/26 Good Morning.

You should never be too busy to pray!

Often times, when you fail to pray, you say it's because you're so busy.

But in reality, it's not your schedule that keeps you from praying & spending time with God.

*It's your failure to realize, the importance of prayer and making time for God & prayer!

And instead of relying upon the power of prayer; in all that you do, you turn to your feeble wisdom and energy.

You roll up your sleeves and get busy, excluding God and turning to your own power instead of God's power!

If your life is so busy, you can't pray, and carve out or dedicate time to God?

There is a bigger issue and it’s this :

Have you ever considered, it's because you simply haven't, taken time to ask God for help with your priorities?

Turn to Him, and He will give you the discernment, that enables you to use your time well. So that you are able to pray and cultivate your faith and a stronger relationship with God!

Let Us Pray Now:
God, show me what have I prioritized above my time with You?
What have I depended on instead of You? Lord, help me assess my priorities today! God and keep my relationship with you, and spending time in prayer at the top of the list, of things I must do daily!

Daily Power Thought 6/11/26 Good Morning.

When you think your prayers aren’t being
answered, you tend to get discouraged and cry out, "God, why aren't You helping me?"

Yet God; has promised to answer our prayers; we are reminded in scripture:
"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (-Matthew 7:7).

However, sometimes you don't see the answer for a while, or God may say “no”for right now; because He has a different - and a better plan.

JEREMIAH 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD.
"Plans to prosper you & not to harm you.
Plans to give you hope & a future.

So you are exhorted to ask. But your request must be...
* in faith (-Matthew 21:22),
* without selfish motives (-James 4:3), and
* according to the will of God (-1 John 5:14-15).

Let Us Pray:
Lord, I confess that I'm not good at waiting for Your answers to my prayers. But as I wait, I believe You will build my faith, purify my beart, and show me Your will.

Because Lord; I know you want hold back any good and perfect gifts, from your children, who trust, believe and wait on you and your will, and your plan.

Daily Power Thought 6/10/26, Good Morning. The Power Of Real Prayer!

Not Only Should You Pray! But You And I Must Pray With Full Confidence!

Praying with Confidence, is when you pray to God , your praying to someone you can't see, someone whose existence is tangibly validated only by what you see of His handiwork in creation (Romans 1:20) or by the revelation of Himself in the Bible.

So prayer is the purest form of faith, which is described as "the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1).

Yet the faith of prayer is not based on vivid imagination or wishful thinking.

It is based on the promises of God, which are found in the Bible.

Scripture says, There has not failed one word of all His good promise" (1 Kings 8:56).

God has a perfect track record when it comes to keeping His promises.

Therefore you can pray with confidence that God will fulfill every single one.

Let Us Pray:
Lord God, talking with someone I can't see isn't always easy.
But I can see what You have revealed about Yourself in the Bible, and what I see every day and that's enough for me, to have full confidence in You.

In the mighty name of Jesus!!! Amen

Daily Power Thought 6/9/26 Good Morning!

When you feel like you can’t go another step further, you have to continue to: “Keep Persevering in Prayer!”

Prayer is a spiritual discipline, that is even difficult, sometimes for even the most devout Christian, to practice on a truly consistent daily basis.

It demands time and requires focus, which are hard for modern minds and lifestyles to accommodate.

To pray in dependence upon God also requires us to overcome our natural tendency to try to come up with our own solutions to life's problems.

Persistent Prayer tries our patience.

We often times, dislike waiting on God for His answers.

So we try to manipulate our situation by coming up with our own quick answers.

Don't let the struggle of trying yo talk to God in prayer and getting distracted your mind and thoughts are all over the place!

Don’t let this discourage you! You must continue to press, pray and persevere!

You have not because you ask not!

So today ask God, to keep you from being distracted by the war in your mind, and world around you, to give you!

Ask Him, for a God-focus, and to help you wait patiently for His answers.

That will help you to persevere in this vital area of your Christian life.

Let Us Pray:
Father, sometimes I feel like a child who is just learning to talk to his dad.
Thank You for being even more excited about my faltering attempts, than that dad is; about his son's first words.

"Lord, in my weakness, grant me the courage and strength to keep going. When I am weary, be my anchor, and when the road is steep, help me to press on. Strengthen my heart, and give me the grace to endure. In Jesus' name.
