You don't have to have it all together for Jesus to call you.

Peter got it wrong, and Jesus didn't give up on him. He corrected him, invited him to follow, and reminded him to let Him lead.

Maybe that's the invitation for you, too.

You don't need a perfect plan. You don't need to be a perfect person. You just need to be willing to follow Him.

LCOC is proud to be a founding partner of Action in Community Through Service and we remain committed to supporting this agency as they help our neighbors in need.

For the month of September, we're collecting the following:
🥣 Boxed or bagged cereal (hot or cold)
🍅 Canned tomato products (diced, whole, sauce, or paste)

If you would like to donate, please place your items in the donation bins outside the sanctuary.

Please remember to check expiration dates before donating.

How often do we see a conflict, a label, or a category before we see the person standing in front of us?

May we be bold to see the person where we've been taught to see the category.

Yesterday, our church blessed the school supplies collected for students at Neabsco Elementary. This photo is just a small sampling of the many supplies our church family generously donated!

We are so grateful for everyone who gave and helped make this outreach possible. May these supplies be a reminder to each student that they are loved, supported, and prayed for as they begin a new school year! 🙏🎒

Our church family was blessed with the opportunity to prepare meals for the Hilda Barg Homeless Prevention Center.

We are grateful for every member who gave their time, energy, and heart to serve others. This was more than preparing a meal. It was an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ, showing love, compassion, and kindness to those in our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this outreach possible. May we continue to serve with joyful hearts and be a blessing wherever God calls us. ❤️🍽️
