Men's Mental Health Awareness Month

This month, we recognize the importance of men's mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Many men carry heavy burdens in silence. Stress, anxiety, grief, loneliness, and life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but no one is meant to walk through those struggles alone.

As a church family, we want every man to know that it is okay to seek support, ask for prayer, and share what is on your heart. Strength is not found in carrying everything by yourself—it is found in trusting God and allowing others to walk alongside you.

It’s not weak for you to speak!

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7

This Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, let's encourage one another, check in on our brothers, fathers, sons, friends, and neighbors, and remind every man that he is valued, loved, and never alone.

The world feels uncertain, but G0d remains steady. Join us this Sunday, at 10:00 AM, as our church family watches a powerful film exploring the idea of Islam (Four Horsemen of Revelation) and WWIII — not to stir fear, but to spark conversation about faith, unity, and the peace Christ calls us to live out.

After the movie, we’ll have an open discussion and prayer time. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH OR SNACK!!!
