We want to extend our most sincere gratitude to the Williamsfield FFA & all the local volunteers who came to the aid of their community after the storm damage Wednesday morning (06/17/26). It’s such a blessing to have such good people, especially young people, in our neighborhood!!!
Our church lost a large old Norway maple tree in front of the building in that storm & by mid-morning the next day it was cleaned up & hauled away. We are so grateful for you guys & gals. Thank you very much!!

A BIG THANK YOU to all of you out there who support this little church in the valley!!! We have terrific volunteers who we couldn’t do the annual auction without— lots of muscle & lots of donated gasoline. We have the best church ladies & cooks in the community who help make lunch for the workers ahead of time & who make 70+ pies for auction day. We have amazing auctioneers who DONATE their time & skills to make the day work smoothly for 60+ years now! And we have a wonderfully-faithful (in more ways than 1) community & attendees who can smile even in the rain, & who make these efforts a success. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE, from your friends & family at Dahinda Methodist Church

The weather didn’t cooperate very well today but tomorrow (Saturday) should be “good enough to have an auction!!!” …including chicken & noodles, homemade pie, & more Sorry there aren’t more photos but we’re tarped & tied down in anticipation for some more rain tonight. Dahinda Auction begins at 10am Saturday.
