Triumph of Hope Encountering Jesus, Transforming Lives.

Too many men have believed the lie that they’re worthless.

The world tells men to settle for mediocrity. To numb the pain, lower the standard, and drift.

But God says otherwise in Scripture! You were created in the image of an excellent God. You were made for purpose, strength, leadership, courage, and conviction. You were not created for addiction, passivity, compromise, or defeat.

It’s time to wake up, Men! It’s time to remember who God created you to be.

Join us for the Warrior Men’s Retreat at New Water Farms in Alabama, August 14–16, for a powerful weekend of worship, brotherhood, biblical teaching, and life-changing encounters with God.

Chris Knight and other incredible speakers will challenge, equip, and exhort men to rise up and walk in their created purpose.

Communication is Difficult in Relationships!

There are moments in every relationship when emotions run high and tension feels overwhelming. In those moments, taking a step back to pray, breathe, and refocus can make all the difference.

One of the healthiest things a couple can learn is that creating space for a conversation to cool down is not the same as dismissing each other. Sometimes it simply means giving room for wisdom, peace, and clarity before coming back together to work through things.

Strong relationships are built through intentional communication, honest listening, and inviting Jesus into the middle of the process. Growth often comes through the hard work of recognizing unhealthy patterns, learning new ways to respond, and choosing grace over reaction.

The enemy loves to attack communication, but when couples stay committed to listening and understanding one another, healing and restoration can take place.

🙏🇺🇸🕊️

Heavenly Father,

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. We honor their sacrifice, their courage, and the families who continue to carry both pride and grief.

Lord, we thank You for those who laid down their lives for the sake of others. Let us never take their sacrifice lightly. Remind us that freedom is costly and that true honor is shown not only in remembrance, but in the way we live.

We pray for healing and comfort over every family who has lost a loved one in service. Be near to the brokenhearted. Strengthen those carrying memories, stories, and unseen wounds.

Father, awaken our nation once again to humility, unity, repentance, and truth. Let this be more than a long weekend. Let it be a moment where hearts turn back to You. Pour out Your Spirit across America. Bring peace where there is division, hope where there is despair, and revival where there has been complacency.

Teach us to steward freedom with wisdom, to love one another deeply, and to become people who pursue righteousness, justice, and mercy.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Marriage has a funny way of humbling you.

Your spouse doesn’t just see the version of you that smiles at church or has the right answers. They see the tired version. The frustrated version. The emotional version. The real version.

And honestly? That can be uncomfortable.

But it can also be one of the greatest gifts God uses to grow us.

In this week’s More Than Conquerors conversation, we laugh, get honest, and talk about what it looks like to love each other through real life. The good moments, the awkward moments, and the moments where God uses marriage to expose what still needs healing in us.

If you’ve ever realized marriage was shaping you more than you expected, this episode is for you.

There comes a moment when every man has to decide whether he will shrink back or rise up 💪

The Warrior Men’s Retreat 2026 is a time for men to step away from the business of life and pursue God with strength, humility, and boldness. Over this powerful weekend, men will gather for worship, prayer, biblical teaching, fellowship, and personal ministry with a purpose to become the men God has called them to be.

We will use this time to seek God deeply, for you to strengthen your faith, your leadership, your family, and your purpose.

“Stay alert, stay faithful, and refuse to retreat. It’s time to Battle & Build.”

There are seasons in life where we must learn how to walk through the dark.

As we age, many of us discover what it feels like to lose control, to wrestle with changing identity, to let go of people and seasons we once held tightly, and to simplify life in ways we never expected. These moments can feel uncomfortable, unfamiliar, and even painful, yet God remains faithful in every step.

Scripture reminds us that our purpose does not end with age. “Even in old age they will still produce fruit: they will remain vital and green.” (Psalm 92:14)

What a promise! The call is no longer simply to chase productivity or achievement (let all performance based people take a sigh of relief). We are challenged to embrace fruitfulness, wisdom, and deeper dependence on the Lord.

No matter what season you find yourself in today, God is still writing your story. There is still fruit to bear, still influence to carry, and still purpose ahead. We truly do not have a moment to lose, in Christ.

One of the most dangerous mindsets in marriage is quietly believing, “If this doesn’t work out, I can always get a divorce.” 💔

That way of thinking creates an easy exit when trials come. Strong marriages are built on commitment, sacrifice, obedience, and prayer. We cannot rely on convenience or shifting conditions.

Dr. R.T. Kendall was once asked what advice he would give to his younger self. His response was simply to “know your Bible and pray a lot.”

We love that advice and lean in further saying that it isn’t enough just to know the Bible, we need to obey it as well.

God’s Word was meant to transform us.

When couples choose obedience to Scripture and remain committed to prayer, even difficult seasons can become places of healing, growth, and restoration.

“Be doers of the word, and not hearers only.” — James 1:22

What kind of legacy are we building?

A godly heritage is not built overnight. It’s formed through daily surrender, faithful obedience, prayer, humility, and teaching the next generation to love Jesus.

Your family line can change because of one “yes” to God.

Today is a beautiful reminder that our lives are meant to point others toward Christ, not only for this generation, but for generations to come.

“One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts.” — Psalm 145:4

Take a moment today to reflect on the spiritual inheritance you are leaving behind and read the latest devotional from Triumph of Hope.
