Sometimes faith isn’t about asking God to make the road easier. Sometimes it’s asking Him to fill us with His Spirit so we can keep moving forward with courage, confidence, and purpose.

Whatever you’re facing today, remember: God is still in control, and He will give you what you need to faithfully take the next step.

Lord, fill us again. Give us boldness to live for You, speak Your truth with love, and trust You with the outcome.

A Beautiful Act of Generosity

We want to take a moment to share our heartfelt gratitude for a very special local Girl Scout troop.

As these young ladies close out their chapter as Girl Scouts, they made an incredibly meaningful decision: to use all of their remaining troop funds to support the Christ Family Church Food Pantry.

This gift is especially meaningful to us because some of these young ladies are also part of our Christ Family Church family. Watching them choose generosity, compassion, and service as they close this chapter is something truly worth celebrating.

Their donation will help us continue providing food and support to individuals and families in our community who need a little extra help. More than that, their kindness is a beautiful reminder of what it looks like to care for others and make a difference right where you are.

To these amazing Girl Scouts and their leaders: thank you for thinking of our food pantry, thank you for caring for your community, and thank you for finishing this chapter by blessing others.

We are so grateful for each of you and so proud to celebrate the impact you are making!

❤️ FREEDOM TO LOVE. FREEDOM TO SERVE.

As we continue to reflect on Sunday’s sermon, we’re reminded of an important truth from Galatians 5:13-14 NLT:

“Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.”

God has given us freedom—not simply for ourselves, but for the opportunity to love, serve, encourage, and care for those around us.

This week, let’s take what we heard on Sunday and put it into action. Look for an opportunity to serve someone, meet a need, show kindness, or remind someone that they are loved.

Freedom isn’t just something we receive—it’s something we can use to love others well.
