CFC Faithful Member Focus. Meet Cameron and Shawna Beck along with their three girls. This creative family found their home sweet church home at CFC in 2024.

For a long time, we prayed and searched for a church that truly felt like home — a place grounded in God’s Word, filled with genuine love, worship, and community. A place we could get Baptized as a family. After visiting different places, leaving in tears as nothing connected, we sought God’s direction. Through his guidance, our incredible friend, who also attends CFC, invited us to attend. We are so grateful to say that from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, encouraged, and spiritually refreshed. It’s more than just a church building — it’s a family of believers growing together in faith and love for Christ.

If you’ve been searching for a church home too, don’t give up — God knows exactly where you belong. ❤️🙏

Today we celebrated Pentecost Sunday — a beautiful reminder of the power, presence, and promise of the Holy Spirit.

What an incredible time of worship, prayer, fellowship, and hearing God’s Word together as a church family. We are grateful for every heart that gathered to celebrate the birth of the Church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

May we continue to walk boldly in faith, love deeply, and shine His light everywhere we go. Happy Pentecost Sunday!

SERMON SPOTLIGHT

God’s mission was never meant for only a few people in faraway places — it’s for all of us, wherever He sends us. Some are called across the world, and some are called across the street. The mission stays the same: love people, share hope, serve faithfully, and point others to Jesus.

Sometimes God calls us to go far beyond our comfort zones. Other times, He calls us to faithfully serve right where we are — in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities. Either way, obedience matters more than distance.

The question isn’t “near or far?”
The question is “will we say yes?”

For last Sunday's service, focus was given to the women following HIS mission.

Mother’s Day reminds us that some of God’s greatest lessons come through the quiet strength of a mother’s love. The patience, sacrifice, encouragement, and unwavering faith that mothers pour into their families reflect the very heart of God’s mission for us — to love deeply, serve selflessly, and lead others with compassion.

To have faithfulness in the small things. Those things that do not look extraordinary but lead to a life on mission. To know that weakness is not a disqualification to being called to serve but could be the very thing that qualifies you.
