Ever feel overlooked? Invisible? Like you're always chosen last?

Here's the truth that will change everything: God doesn't look at what people see. While the world chases after the powerful, the famous, and the perfect, God is searching for something completely different. He's looking for pure hearts and consistent faithfulness.

David wasn't royalty. He was the youngest of eight brothers, so unlikely that his own father didn't even include him in the lineup when the prophet came calling. Yet God said, "This is the one." Why? Because God saw David's heart. A thousand years later, God still called him "a man after my own heart."

Your past, personality, or problems don't disqualify you from God's calling. He delights in using unlikely people to accomplish extraordinary things. The question isn't whether you're qualified, it's whether you're available and faithful.

God is looking for people who will do what He wants them to do. Will that be you?

Still trying to find the words for what God did at our Night of Worship & Prayer.

The weight of His glory filled the room, hearts were softened, chains were broken, minds were renewed, miracles happened, and His presence was undeniable.

This wasn’t just a night of music.
This was discipleship in motion. 📖🏃🏾‍♂️🙌🏾

As followers of Jesus, we are called to enthrone Him where He belongs in every heart, every home, and every area of our lives. And that’s exactly what happened as a room full of people surrendered, sought His face, and encountered His love and grace.

reminded us of a powerful truth: God is in the midst of our hardest and most difficult circumstances. He doesn’t abandon us in the valley, He promises to be with us through it. What an encouragement to know that even when life feels uncertain, His presence remains constant.
We’re still in awe of what God did and expectant for what He’s going to continue to do.

When people truly experience the love and grace of Jesus, lives are transformed. Chains break. Hope is restored. Faith rises.
God is moving in Cypress, and we believe this is only the beginning. 🙏🔥

Night of worship is a time designated to sit in His presence, to hear from Him, and to have a dialogue as a son and daughter. This is the only best thing.

This past weekend we looked at King Saul's costly decision in 1 Samuel 13. Faced with a massive enemy army and a scattering military, Saul couldn't wait for God's prophet Samuel. Fear and pressure compelled him to take matters into his own hands. He won the battle but lost the kingdom. The question that echoes through his story is the same one we face today: Will you trust God, or take the shortcut?

When finances are tight, relationships feel lonely, or careers stall, our enemy offers counterfeits that fit our timeline. But God's ways and timing are different than ours. Before you settle for the substitute, remember you don't know what God wants to do in your life if you'll just trust Him and wait.
