With the tragic event that happened in the Cuyahoga Falls Community this past weekend, we know there are people who are likely hurting, afraid, or have had a traumatic experience.

We would love for you to join us this evening for Bible Study because we also know that God can help you through any of those things and bring peace, joy, and comfort in times of trial and confusion.

Happy Sunday!

Last week at Bible Study, we began talking about God’s relationship with mankind.

God was intimately involved in man’s creation. God gave man a purpose and freedom. God is generous and cares for His creation. He wants a loving relationship with us. God has extended that love to us first and now we have the opportunity to love Him back.

This coming week, we will be talking about how mankind is different from the rest of creation and asking the question - Why did God give mankind the opportunity to sin?

Last night at Bible Study, we talked about the days of creation from the book of Genesis.

We asked questions such as:

1. What can we observe about God’s character through His creation?
2. Why did God create us?
3. Why doesn’t everyone just believe in the God of the Bible?

Next week, we will follow this up with the topic of God’s Relationship with Man.

We had our first Bible Study meeting on Tuesday! One specific verse kept coming to my mind.

Matthew 18:20
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

One man showed up to study the Bible with us, and while some may be discouraged that there weren’t more, we are thankful to God for him. We gathered in the name of Jesus, and God was with us. We had great conversation and fellowship. One person growing their relationship with the Lord is worth it to us and to God!

Please praise the Lord with us for this man and continue praying for more to come and see what Jesus has to offer. Thanks everyone! 🙏🏻
