With great sadness, we announce the transition of Ms. Xatavius "Kay" Hardwick on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Phoebe Hospice in Albany, GA.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 at ShaLo's Event in Cuthbert, GA starting at 2:00 PM.

Public Viewing will be Thursday, July 3, 2025 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Perkins Funeral Home.

Please keep the Hardwick Family in your prayers.
