The next series we’re excited about is the Two for One series: Culture Killers versus Culture Creators.
Every congregation has a culture—whether it was built intentionally or allowed to develop quietly over time. Some habits, attitudes, and assumptions slowly weaken faith and fellowship. Others strengthen conviction, unity, and long-term faithfulness.
This series helps Christians identify the subtle forces that shape congregational life for better or worse. Through thoughtful, practical lessons, speakers will examine common culture killers that erode trust, responsibility, and spiritual depth, alongside culture creators that intentionally cultivate faith, courage, and healthy relationships within the church.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface-level change, this series invites leaders to honest reflection and purposeful action.
Here are the session titles for this series:
Session one: Culture Killer — Comfort / Culture Creator — Conviction
Session two: Culture Killer — Complaining / Culture Creator — Gratitude
Session three: Culture Killer — Cliques / Culture Creator — Community
Session four: Culture Killer — Isolation / Culture Creator — Service
Session five: Culture Killer — Gossip / Culture Creator — The Courage to Correct Gently
Session six: Culture Killer — Cynicism / Culture Creator — Hope
Session seven: Culture Killer — Apathy / Culture Creator — Involvement
Session eight: Culture Killer — Secret Sin / Culture Creator — Integrity
Session nine: Culture Killer — Grudges / Culture Creator — Forgiveness
