🙏🏽 Let Us Pray:
Lord, thank you for the beautiful gift of this brand-new day. I confess that I sometimes rush into my mornings filled with worry instead of worship, or busyness instead of basking in the peace of your presence. Today, I actively choose to slow down, shift my focus, and praise you for your goodness. Lord, I declare over my life that "This is the day the Lord has made." I will rejoice and be glad in it. When difficulties arise, give me the grace to remember this truth and find joy in your unfailing love. I surrender my schedule, my anxieties, and my plans into your hands, trusting that you are ordering my steps. Thank you that I can rejoice because my joy is complete in you. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Praise God for a wonderful Pentecost Sunday where our Presiding Elder, Rev. Dr. Ralph Johnson, preached an uplifting message & conducted our Quarterly Conference . . . followed by an afternoon Joint WMS Service with an empowering message from Sis. Tanya Garrett . . . and fellowship with St. Paul AME Church, Rev. Angela Green - Pastor, and the Area 6 WMS. Finally, it is with great joy that we welcome back home to Sulphur Spring, Sis. Phyllis Rogers-Goodman! We were blessed by everyone who joined us and look forward to seeing you again, soon!

Lord, we stand in solemn remembrance of the courageous souls who gave everything for our country. We thank you for their service, their bravery, and their ultimate sacrifice. Bless their families with your everlasting strength and comfort. Teach us to cherish the freedoms we have been given and guide our nation in the ways of justice and unity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
