Tomorrow we will have our program and cookout. Festivities begin at 11:30am in the sanctuary. Doors will open at 11:00am. Please join us to see some of the things the students learned this week. Immediately following everyone is invited to stay for the annual cookout. Thanks again for your attendance and participation in Haw Creek VBS 2023. Please make plans to attend Friday’s activities!

Details:

We are so thankful to be able to resume some of our beloved VBS traditions this year!

Student drop-off is from 8:50-9:00. Parents may walk students to their classrooms.

All classes will gather in the sanctuary for assembly at the beginning of each day.

Classes will have a dedicated time for singing in the sanctuary.

Students will also have snack and craft time in the fellowship hall.

Students will still be dismissed from the sanctuary.

For safety, the parking lot will be closed from 9:05 until 11:50. If you need to drop off or pick up students between these times, please use the parallel spots near the street.

We will celebrate the week with a traditional program on Friday at 11:30, followed by a picnic.
