Saturday May 29. Beautiful day so far. Hope it stays this way.

Saturday May 22 and it is a gloomy day. I do know that we will appreciate having had this rain when Summer arrives.
Tomorrow is Pentecost Sunday and Scripture will come from Acts 2:1-21 and John 14:8-17. Call to worship will be Psalm 104:24-35.

Saturday afternoon and I cannot figure out what the weather wants to do.
With tomorrow being Mother's day I want to take this opportunity to say Happy Mother's Day and thank all Mothers out there. Some of these ladies never had children of their own, but you can bet on the fact that the helped raise a lot of children.
Our Scripture tomorrow comes from John 1:29-42 and Call To Worship is Psalm 98.
Praying that all are well and look forward to seeing a bunch of smiling faces tomorrow morning. Remember, if you cannot be there in person, join us on Facebook Live. Service starts at 11:00.

Saturday evening May 1, 2021. Been a great day. Daughter and grandson came over plus a close friend and we were able to get a lot done around this house. God is good.
Tomorrow is the first Sunday in May and marks the beginning of my last month at Miller Grove UMC. It has been a great run but is time to pay more attention to family.
Scripture for tomorrow is Matthew 6:25-31. Call to Worship will be Psalm 22:25-31. Let's talk about worry.
