PINK & TEAL SHABBAT

“Pink-tober” is upon us, and that means Pink & Teal Shabbat. 🫶💕

Each year in October, Temple Akiba & Sharsheret partner for a Shabbat evening honoring those in our community touched by breast and ovarian cancers. Let’s support one another and get important information & resources into our community! Wearing pink is encouraged. 🌸💓🦩👚

🍿 SPOOKY SEASON MOVIE 🍿

Days are getting shorter and “spooky season” is here, fam. But never fear the dark… because our light shines brighter together! So come on out & watch a creepy Jewish movie with your community.

“The Vigil” is rated PG-13, rated HIGH on rotten tomatoes & Kathryn approved (it’s so good!) and is filled with Jewish culture, language and mythology. Let’s watch it & then talk about it!

To our Cantor, our Music Director, musicians, choir singers of all ages… we can’t thank you enough!

A round of applause as well to every member of the audio team, every usher, all volunteers, set-up and/take-down crew… it takes a team to achieve the dream, and we are so blessed.
