The 'Whee Market 'Whee are currently not open due to needing a manager. Could this be you?! Please contact us if so and thank you neighbors! CLOSED FOR WINTER! Tuesdays from 3-6PM.

Located at the Jackson County Cullowhee Recreation Center immediately on your right beside the parking lot and covered picnic tables. The 'Whee Market (TWM) offers seasonal vegetables, cream-line milk, value-added-products, eggs, butter, heavy cream, half and half, meats, baked goods, forest-foraged goods, other arts and crafts, clothing etc. All locally produced! We want to give tremendous thanks

to all of our sponsors who have kindly welcomed us to their properties over the past 11 years: Cullowhee United Methodist Church, James Hooper and family, The University Inn, The Village of Forest Hills, Prospect Western, and now The Jackson County Cullowhee Recreation Center!

FREE HOT DINNER TOMORROW NIGHT AT The Community Table from 4-7 PM and we need help to make this happen for our neighbors! CAN YOU VOLUNTEER tomorrow afternoon into mid evening?! We will begin prepping at 1 PM tomorrow. i am taking the food that has been donated (Bratwursts, pulled Pork BBQ, Hamburgers, roasted potatoes, salad, apples, and pears!), that will perish soon if not eaten, that i cannot find a place for in the Asheville area. I have talked to tons of people out there and it is not working out in the time needed, so we will feed Sylva area folks instead.
PM me PLEASE if interested in helping make this beautiful, spontaneous meal happen!!
