🎨✨ What a great start to our week at Junkyard Redemption Art Camp!

Our first two projects helped tell the story of God’s plan for redemption. We created mosaic flower pots to represent our broken world and textured sunrise paintings to remind us of God’s promises, faithfulness, and the hope of a new day.

The creativity has been incredible, and we’re just getting started! We still have 3 fun-filled evenings ahead with more art, Bible lessons, friends, and hands-on projects as we continue learning how God takes what is broken and makes it new.

🪴✨ Last night was just the beginning of our Junkyard Redemption Art Camp!

Our theme was Broken, and we talked about how sin brought brokenness into God’s perfect creation. The campers created flower pots decorated with broken pieces to represent the broken world we live in today.

But the story doesn’t end there!

Tonight we continue our journey as we learn about God’s promise and His plan to restore what is broken. Through our art project and Bible lesson, we’ll discover that even in a world affected by sin, God is making all things new.

It’s not too late to join us! We would love to have your child be part of the fun as we create, learn, and discover God’s plan of redemption together.

The paint is out, the cardboard is stacked, and the junkyard is coming to life! 🎨🔨♻️

We’ve been busy transforming ordinary materials into a place where kids can create, explore, build, and discover how God makes all things new.

Tonight kicks off Junkyard Redemption Art Camp at Sardis Baptist Church!

🌞 Enjoy outdoor art activities & music!

Our theme reminds us that God can take broken things and make them beautiful again—just like He does in our lives.

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice reminds us of the words found in John 15:13:
“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

This Memorial Day, may we pause with grateful hearts, pray for the families of the fallen, and never forget the cost of the freedoms we enjoy each day.
