Member Spotlight....

Meet Bro Billy, and Sister Kim Robertson. We appreciate the faithfulness and dedication shown by these two!

Billy and Kim have been members of OTW for many years and have truly been a blessing to all they come in contact with. Bro Billy is one of the Preachers in our church, and Sister Kim is talented with her singing and helping with our music playing the piano.

They both continue to show the love of Christ, in their ministry, loving not only family, children and grandchildren, but the love they show their church Family.

We love you both very much.

Good Morning Church!

Praying you are having a blessed day. Some of my thoughts today are more focused, I guess on how to reach the seemingly unreachable.

No, I'm not speaking about those out in the world, living only for the moment. So many times we get "in church" and forget the we ARE the Church. We get complacent with the world around us. We get comfortable with the "little" sins and completely lose ourselves in things of the world.

We are called to be separated from the world. We are called to follow Christ and led others to Him. Not condone sin or a sinful lifestyle.

Today, Im speaking to the Church member that has lost themselves in "Stuff". The things that hinder our ministry. Yet we still say we Love the Lord, but are not willing to follow....

God gives us clear warning concerning this choice....

15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent (Revelation 3:15-19).

Good morning Church!

Just wanted to give you a little encouragement this morning.

Regardless of what season of life you are facing today, know that God is still in control.

Oftentimes we wonder about Gods "will" in our life. What has He called us to do. We ask God for guidance but are unwilling to submit fully to His guidance. We want it to fit OUR plans. We ask God to bless our efforts, guide our steps, but, we have already decided, without consulting Him.

We want God to reveal and show us where we are going, and promise to be obedient in our future, yet, we are not willing to be obedient today.

Some will say, Pastor, how is this encouragement. My answer is simply submit to God, EVERYTHING. Pray before anything. God has given you everything you need to complete your ministry, the day you were saved. You are to be thankful in ALL things, your call to a specific ministry - singing, preaching, teaching - I cannot say is irrelevant, but we have all been called to the great commission. Spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Regardless of the specific ministry, we MUST totally submit EVERYTHING to HIM!

Let go and Let God.
