At Family Camp, Mandy reminded us that keeping kids safe online is a discipline opportunity for US and THEM. Will you keep being the old you or live what you have learned and be the new you? Here's a real-world example of how you can be the new you in a relationship with your kids.

When kids tell us what they’re seeing online, and we punish them. THEY WON’T TELL US anymore. We shut down communication. Bc they don’t want to lose their fave app!

Don’t go crazy-parent mode and punish your kid for being honest. Instead, reward them for telling you — this is how we get kids to talk with us about what they’re seeing and that’s the 🔑 to keeping kids safe online.
