Transaction Coordinator Job Duties:
• Input new files into system and ensure proper vendor/agent set up
• Ensure task due dates are hit for all files being monitored: (EM coordination, ordering inspections, contract deadlines, schedule closing, gather repair receipts, review ALTA, ensure Brokerage file is approved for commission.)
• Function as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the entire process of a real estate sale.
• Responsible for processing all contract documents from the point of acceptance through closing. This position also includes monitoring the transaction to ensure that timelines/contract performance deadlines are met.
• Gather and organize all documents and submit to agent office.
• Ensure all documents are signed and completed per State/brokerage file audit requirements
• Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary services are delivered from contract to close.
• Attend marketing events and talks
