It's black and white: YOU ARE WHO GOD SAYS YOU ARE! Not who the enemy says you are, not who other people say you are, ONLY who God says you are! Here is a list of just a FEW of the great things the Bible says we are—we encourage you to dig into God's Word to find more:

Prayer can change your life. We are actually called to pray—God designed us for it. The best part about prayer is that it's a conversation that goes both ways. Sure, we talk to God, but when we spend time with Him and are willing to receive, we will also hear from Him. Sometimes we miss His answers—maybe we're not listening or we expect a different answer so we don't recognize it when it comes—and other times the answer will come through reading the Bible or talking to others, but GOD WILL ANSWER. So friends, make sure you pray on the bad days and the good days—everyday pray to God.

The enemy is always prowling around like a lion looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8). Don't let that someone be you! Satan will often try to drown out God's voice in your life so that all you hear are the negative, false things he's saying. For example:

1. God says = "You are worthy of my blessings." The enemy says = "You've missed out on God's blessings."
2. God says = "Your prayers are powerful and make a difference." The enemy says = "Why bother praying? It doesn't make a difference, God doesn't care about you."
3. God says = "You are already loved." The enemy says = "God doesn't love you...you need to prove that you are lovable."

DON'T LISTEN TO THE ENEMY! Constantly remind yourself all the truths and promises that are written in the Bible. Satan is LIAR! God never has and will never lie to you. Just make sure you're listening to the right voice.
