Scripture
2 Timothy 1:7
“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.”
Meditation
Fear can make us shrink back.
It whispers that we are not strong enough, not brave enough, not capable enough for what lies ahead.
But fear is not the voice of God.
God’s Spirit brings something very different: power, love, and a sound mind.
Power to face what feels overwhelming.
Love that steadies our hearts.
Wisdom to move forward with confidence.
Fear may speak loudly, but it does not have the final say.
When God’s Spirit fills your life, courage begins to grow where fear once lived.
Journal:
Where have you been feeling intimidated or afraid lately?
Write honestly about what feels overwhelming.
Now ask God to replace fear with His power and peace.
Action:
When fear tries to take hold today, pause and pray:
“God, fill me with Your power and Your peace.”
Take a deep breath and remember whose Spirit lives within you.
Encouragement 💚
Beautiful woman, fear may try to convince you that you are not enough.
But God’s Spirit within you is more than enough.
You are stronger than you realize — not because of your strength, but because of His.
