Pray for Peace in the Middle East

Friends we need to be KEEPING Israel and the US in prayer. There is a major teetering going on right now and things could very easily spin out of control. We need to be aware and focused on the things that are at a tipping point and pray for the Father to intervene on the global stage. Iran is expected to attack Israel again in some capacity in the immediate which could bring a much broader conflict and drag the US into war in the MIddle East. It's never just about our issues with one nation, it is the larger overall global picture of how each piece connects to another. Tomi Arayomi has released much prophecy and instruction for prayer in recent months, all aimed at at least delaying WW3 - which is the enemies plan.

Believers are often focused on the effects, such as famine, food shortages, power and communication outages and stock market crashes but the thing we often need to be praying for God to intervene in is the CAUSE of these events. It is most likely that if these situations eventually occur, it will be as an effect of something(s) much greater in scope that causes them. War is one of those distinct possibilities. This is why intercession is so key. God will defend Israel. The last time this happened a few months back, Iran fired 300 rockets at Israel and none were successful in inflicting damage or casualties. I believe all but one or a couple were intercepted.

Obviously only the hand of God can do that. The issue is not the safety of Israel although we do need to pray for Israel and the safety of the innocent everywhere. The issue is the larger scope of what a genuine full-scale or longer term attack on Israel would mean in terms of regional conflict and the US government's response. Iran is obviously in league with Russia, China and North Korea so war with Iran has the potential to initiate global conflict very quickly. All of these things are teetering daily in recent times. I believe many Christians are aware of these realities but many are also not aware.
I
just heard the expression in my spirit - "Coming home to roost." What this expression means is that the past actions of a person, group or country are now appearing as consequences in front of them in a way that they have to deal with the fallout. It's a time when judgement is at the door for many individuals and for many nations. Ask the Lord to give you a heart to seek to walk in His holiness as never before and for His mercy and grace to be upon the nations of the earth. In the legal world, a stay of ex*****on would mean that the final judgement or wrath of those in authority against a convicted person would be halted and mercy would intervene, at least momentarily.

We need to pray for the Lord to show us and others mercy during this time as things such as wars and global conflict can often manifest as an example of God's judgement to purge the evil from His people and from those who are operating in an antichrist agenda. In other words, when people are determined to go their own way and to ignore the conviction and Lordship of Jesus, eventually the Lord will allow them to go on in their destructive ways and reap the wrath that comes from sowing that kind of seed consistently. It's time to stop simply visiting the house of God and it's time to truly become a living, breathing temple of the Holy Spirit, as judgement begins with the house of God - just in case anyone thought we were off the hook and things were great. God's people win, but there is always a heavy cost! Pray friends!

Target more than missed the 🎯.

I think boycotts can be effective in general when you want to affect the well-being of major companies due to their obvious error. This Target situation however, is a whole different level. Honestly, I don’t know that believers should shop there again moving forward. Any correction on their part at this point would simply be to keep some semblance of stock value.

When they say “it’s all about the money” they weren’t talking about 2023 America. These companies have made it about something else entirely, believing that the voice of righteousness can be simply turned off like a switch and that those who stand for truth will just go with the flow. If you haven’t watched any of the videos circulating online, demonstrating actual merchandising that has been taking place in the stores, take a few minutes and educate yourself.

Legitimate satanic merchandise encouraging kids to befriend Satan, “who accepts them exactly as they are” rather than the God of the Bible. The boys department looks exactly like the girls department. People shopping cannot tell the difference between the departments in some of these stores. This is not simply a matter of one side or another overreacting.

When a person, group or company makes an intentional decision to fully open the door to the demonic at this level, there is a spirit that comes in and rests upon and within everything that they do moving forward. To partner with that spirit or ideology is not just unwise, but at some point it’s crossing a major moral line for people who profess to know Jesus.

In every corner of this nation, there are movements brewing or in some cases almost fully established, to silence Christian voices and to fully remove all forms of morality and truth from the equation.

If there is ever going to be a time in your life when you begin to take a stand against this woke ideology that you profess to despise, this is that time. Stop funding the antichrist spirit who wants to indoctrinate and steal your children and eradicate everything about the God that you serve from culture.

One of the biggest weaknesses of the western church is often our inability to do things collectively at the same time. Coordinating anything effective in the realm of a corporate uniform response publicly to these things seems to be impossible. This is a time to respond with solidarity when it comes to where we will spend our money or what we will allow to simply control us as a byproduct of a fallen world that is falling faster every day. Is there not a cause?

It’s not about the size of your gifts -

We are followers of Christ. Lots of people are worried about whether they understand their gifts or how well they walk in the gifts of the Spirit compared to somebody else. It makes them feel less than within community environments, or places of ministry, staying in the shadows so that they will not feel exposed or like they don’t measure up. Walking in your gifts is as simple as following Jesus. I just told a friend this. Everything we do is about following Him, waiting on Him, doing what He does, asking the Father what He’s doing and then letting Him lead. It’s never about the person, no matter how anointed they may be. There are people that walk in a level of maturity with the Lord, who are able to operate in that anointing at the drop of a hat, perhaps more because of the time they have spent with the Lord and the preparation process which has created a more continual flow of that particular thing from that individual or ministry. The main point however, is to follow Jesus. If we can just follow Him, wait for Him, do what He does in every situation, then it won’t be about us or the size of our gifts, it will be about Him and what He’s doing. It’s OK to practice your gifts as the Lord gives you opportunity but the most effective way to grow in your gifts is to grow in following Him.

John 5:19 - Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.”

Word for the church - I have always valued true discernment. I was blessed in that I grew up enough in the word of faith foundation (which is not in any way the stream I am in today) that I got a lot of the word in me before the Lord begin to do much of what He’s done through me in the things of the Holy Spirit. The litmus test for whether something is authentic is not whether your friends enjoy it, whether there appears to be power attached to it or how welcoming it is to your emotions or flesh.

Prophetically speaking, there is a dividing happening right now in the church between what is pure and built on Christ and what is built on man or even New Age spirituality that is labeled Christian. Some things within certain cultures have strayed so far from foundational core truth that it’s barely recognizable. For many years, it’s been easier to find the good and overlook the mixture but I truly believe that is coming to an end now.

I believe over the next year or two, there is going to be a very large sifting out process that begins to make very plain what is eternal and what was not born of God. In the same way that the Bible says every person’s work will be tested by fire on that day, I believe we are entering into a time as the global body of Christ where our works are going to be tested publicly. What has been false, misleading, heretical, or mixed with something else is going to be plain to see as it crumbles and falls away. This is for the good of everybody.

This is a time of great purging, great repentance, turning back to the truth, refusing to be seduced by strange teachings or mixture. The bride makes herself ready and Jesus is all about His bride. He is jealous for her and zealous for her. There will be many “emperor’s new clothes” moments in the days to come. I don’t even believe those moments are going to be public spectacles as much as the bride will simply turn away from what wasn’t real to embrace Jesus in purity, like never before.

Many people who have been in deep emotional pain and constant attack over the past few years are actually experiencing the fallout or collateral damage of being attached to things spiritually that have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. God is going to bring things into right alignment and order for many and it starts at home. Who and what you agree with will open many doors or close many doors. Where you choose to go and connect or refuse to go and connect will be very key in the days ahead. Many things built by men are about to be swept away. Get on the straight and narrow and stop listening to nonsense and heresy.

Your spiritual life is about true devotion to Jesus, authentic relationship between you and Him, not about seeking continual experiences that don’t benefit the kingdom of God or the lost. We need to be about the person of Jesus, not simply about the perks of Jesus. I feel this word with fire in my bones today.Holy Spirit please convict and implore Your church to get eyes that see and ears that hear, to discern what You are saying today, in Jesus name. May the delusions that have fallen upon this generation be broken in Jesus name, that the bride of Christ would return to her senses, and stop partnering with iniquity. May the authentic fires 🔥 of repentance, holiness and TRUTH capture the hearts of the children of God once again in Jesus name. Blessings

Carnal doctrine will begin to emerge in the most well intentioned believers or ministries when legitimate church (system) hurt is not dealt with in a healthy way. The determination to become something different than what we despise often creates a whole different set of problems., especially within a family culture. The over-correction or anger toward imbalance of truth will birth strategies for new movements but they can inevitably lower the standard of the word in the haste to create something better or more effective. There are ditches everywhere and the hyper-focus on avoiding or correcting everybody else’s ditch can land you in your own. I get it, many are righteously angry at man-made religious structures or even at people who have been poor examples perhaps of Jesus towards them. Any place two or more are gathered together in His name, He is there. It’s not a matter of legitimacy or the Holy Spirit‘s stamp of approval on something. He is where His people are, period. Some atmospheres are definitely more free and in tune than others, But the point is, no matter how much revelation you walk in or how much freedom you have from the system of organized religion, you can still miss it by adopting things that your emotions desperately want to believe yet the Spirit of God has never said. We have to be careful that our justifiable frustration or even attempts at protecting the body of Christ do not cause us to lay hold of belief systems or teachings that are contrary to the Spirit of Truth that we received. We can maintain the standard and walk in truth and yet be a demonstration of His power and love at the same time. One does not negate the other, they embody each other. Watch out for ditches - stand for truth. As I was finishing that last sentence, the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to me to add this verse. 2 Timothy 1:13 Hold on to the pattern of sound teachingd you have heard from me, with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Guard the treasure entrusted to you, with the help of the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.

The very next verse is where Paul makes mention that everyone in the province of Asia has deserted him. Deserting usually happens by ingesting one twisted mouthful of deception at a time. As Jesus said, keep watch that you do not fall into temptation, the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Another deserting took place after those words.

Don’t Become a Casualty of the Wrong War -

David’s biggest failures came in the season when complacency kept him from the front lines of the battle he was called to wage. We don’t know if his heart was tired, if he was engaged in other things, discouraged or just didn’t want another fight, but he forgot his place and it opened him up to much worse personal conditions than just complacency. We have to keep our eyes on the right things so that we will not find comfort in the wrong things. We can only do that if we stay engaged. We shouldn’t be in a perpetual time of battling, but there is an appointed time and we need to stand strong and occupy that place of assignment in the Lord faithfully when that season comes. If we don’t know the season we are in, we will fail to prepare for it efficiently and we will be dressed for something else. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time usually happens because we took a wrong turn. One of the things that causes us to take those turns is discouragement. Discouragement is your enemy in this season more than ever. If you allow your heart to become discouraged it’s dangerous because there are less things to encourage you going on around you then probably ever before. It’s not easy to snap back from. The enemy is manifesting at incredible levels throughout the earth. He has no authority but he can stir up a lot of dust storms that make it hard to see and remember the truth of who God is or is in you. Last year while living in Texas we were at a service at Open Door church. Troy Brewer was speaking and he made the statement - “you better be walking closely with the Lord during these times friends because the devil may catch you on a bad day.” He was referring to a friend’s grown son who had just committed su***de days before. He had been a strong young man of God. We’re living in a difficult time friends. To ignore it and pretend it’s not there is shortsighted and out of touch. It is there. You yourself may feel strong and courageous and be less affected by it, but that does not mean that other people you know are not feeling close to the edge. One way to benefit from encouragement is to be an encourager. This is a time to speak life, pray and war in the spirit and to truly lay hold of the kingdom of God by force. You can be a victim of the circumstances going on right now or you can be a solution. You were born for such a time as this. Many leaders are feeling weak and discouraged, many strong people are battling fear, many families are breaking apart and many people are breaking down. Fortify each other and go after the one. We can’t do any of that if complacency and discouragement are ruling and reigning in our heart. Get it out of you quick. It’s like the yeast of the Pharisees, a little bit is all it takes. It’s time to pray and war till something breaks. Don’t become a casualty of war by not going out to the battle you are called to. We love you ❤️. Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.

James 4:7-10 “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you”

Acts 3:19-20 “Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus”

False doctrine is becoming so mainstream that even the elect (you know the rest)… 2 Timothy 4:3 says “For a time is coming when people will “no longer” listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear” - Most believers know this verse or have even shared it on social media at some point. Here’s the thing though… The verse declares that people will “no longer” put up with sound doctrine. That implies that what was always preached as foundational truth was already correct. That means that if the jacked up theology that you are suddenly hearing originated in the last decade and it has never been something the Holy Spirit (who leads us and guides us into all truth) illuminated prior to now - it’s very likely to be patently false information. Since the Bible declared that there is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9), we understand that revelation has already been poured out in fullness. Therefore the only new revelation so to speak, is what the Lord chooses to reveal of Himself to us personally as we press deeper into Him. No revelation that He gives us will violate his word. It is dangerous to dabble in teaching that leads you away from sound biblical doctrine. Jesus talked about hell A LOT. Don’t be foolish enough to believe God bankrupt Heaven so that He could keep us out of a place that didn’t exist anyway.

Forgiveness and Humility in the Body of Christ

In the past month or so, the Lord has sent 4 different people to me for the purpose of repenting and asking forgiveness and reconciling with me over things that the enemy tried to create division over, pretty much all of which was untrue. In every case, regardless of any pain caused, I am thrilled to have the opportunity for reconciliation and more wholeness in the body of Christ. Even if you are not walking in unforgiveness, the lack of closure in areas of offense or hurt creates a doorway that the enemy can come through over and over until it is closed by the Spirit of God through healthy reconciliation. In general, I have never been a person who holds a grudge. I’m honestly too practical for that. It’s black-and-white in the word of God. The Father and Jesus were one and Jesus said His greatest desire was that we would be one. It’s not that I don’t feel pain, or that I never feel offended. When we respond that way however, it is usually because we have hurt upon hurt, multiple woundings that become too much for us and eventually cause us to lash out in the hurt instead of letting God use us to bring the healing. I am so proud of people who have the humility and the love and the guts to bring peace and reconciliation in areas where maybe the enemy caused them to act out of their flesh or somehow be part of relationship breaking down. Even if I know I haven’t done anything wrong and even if the other person confirms that, I will always apologize myself and ask forgiveness for any offense I may have caused. Why? Why would I do that even if I know that it wasn’t my fault?

Because it’s not about me. Paul talks in one place about his conscience being clear, but that just because his conscience is clear did not mean he was innocent. He said the Lord alone would judge him. There were times in my life when I apologized to people that I absolutely did nothing to, only to bring healing to their hostility towards me… Which was actually coming by a very obvious spirit of division upon their life due to their own woundedness. The reason the Lord would do this was for the purpose of reconciliation. We don’t always have to be right. We always have to be RIGHTEOUS and although our righteousness comes through Jesus, there are very specific instructions in the Bible for how to stay in that place with the Lord… which unforgiveness can quickly defile. Without question, the most grievous offenses I have ever been the recipient of in my lifetime have come from other believers or leaders. Most of the time, you can easily pick up any Bible in any translation and immediately dissolve or diffuse these offenses by following very simple and loving biblical protocol. Why do we in the body of Christ so often ignore biblical instruction in these matters? It is because we are offended. We care more about our reputation or our own name or ministry or agenda than we do about honoring and magnifying the name of Jesus first and foremost.

When you are in ministry, it is unbelievable sometimes the tactics that the enemy will use to try to destroy relationships, disrupt unity, try to get you to quit because your heart can’t handle any more hurt. This year and really the last few years have been a time of character building for us in the area of not walking in offense regardless of what people do or say about us. I’m not gonna tell you it’s easy. I do have a flesh that is supposed to be dead, crucified with Christ, but still likes to rise up and respond sometimes when it’s been poked enough. I have been sensing the past couple of days that the Lord is going to have unity become front and center again in the days ahead. I’m talking about, within the immediate days ahead, the Lord is going to be reconciling a lot of relationships and also causing people to operate in humility and love to cover over old offenses and wounds. We use the word unity often in our generation, just as we like to throw the word repentance in to legitimize conversations around revival etc. However, what does real unity look like? You don’t have to walk with a person relationally in order to be in right relationship with them before the Lord. Read that again. You don’t have to be friends with your abusers in order to love them like Jesus. You don’t have to remarry a spouse that you divorced years ago in order to get that hostility and anger out of your heart. So much brokenness in this generation is because of fractures in relationship that either never needed to happen or could’ve happened in a healthy way instead of a worldly way.

The world says to just reject people, kick them to the curb, get yours, win at all costs, get them before they get you. This is never ever the way that believers are called to operate. The Bible tells us to cover over offenses, not to keep a record of wrongs and to do everything possible within our own power to live in unity and peace with everybody. Do you know what’s a more powerful story than you sharing once again how you were wronged by somebody? Sharing the story of reconciliation and how Jesus turned a situation around so that the enemy didn’t win, causing a root of bitterness to spring up that defiled many. If you’re not handling it like Jesus told you to handle it, stop attaching His name to it when you talk about the person or the situation. It is high past time that we need to be reconciled with each other so that we can become truly reconciled with the Lord. We need to get over ourselves church. It is so much easier to love than it is to hate or resent people. Too many believers feel like they have to keep their head down, to avoid situations or gatherings or for that matter, even regions, because of the discord that has been sown against them over and over.

Become a peacemaker. Have the uncomfortable conversations. Be willing to be naked and transparent before those that you have a painful history with. Not everybody is safe to do this with, we need grace and we need wisdom. Most people and most situations, there is a way to bring wholeness. Ask the Lord. Let him decide for you who and what you are to address in love so that you can be made whole again yourself. Lord Jesus, let the body of Christ become one again as You and the Father are one.
